Sfizi di Pizza In Calvi risorta

I was there last Saturday to celebrate my daughter's graduation and instead of the usual pizza we opted for an Italian appetizer. A plate full of cured meats, cheeses and mozzarella in the centre, all excellent. At the same time they served us pancakes, focaccia and full pizza and then a round of pizza. I have to say we were all blown away by the quality and quantity of the food. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, even the table, decorated with a red tablecloth and confetti as placeholders... truly enchanting. Mario was then a perfect host. I recommend it both for an informal evening with friends and for more demanding occasions. Seeing is believing.

I ate both in-house and takeaway. The pizzas are very good both for the quality of the products and for the dough. This is the result of the great professionalism of the pizza chef Mario Rossi who is also the owner. I see many reviews on Sorbillo, Porzio, Olio e basil.......but Mario is second to none. Congratulations to his talent. Then, his pizzas are highly digestible

As always, Mario never disappoints himself, his pizza is always delicate and tasty. A fixed stop.
