I've been frequenting this bar for a while now and finally decided to leave a review. The location is pleasant and quiet, and the desserts are quite good. I'd particularly like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of one waiter: a sweet, very friendly person with a great problem-solving ability, a quality he's demonstrated on more than one occasion. It's clear he's passionate about his work, and that really makes a difference. Unfortunately, however, I must also point out some negative aspects that significantly impact the overall experience. The bartenders, for the most part, are unfriendly: they barely say hello, almost as if they were doing the customer a favor. Once, I spilled some water on the counter, and even though I immediately apologized and tried to mop it up, the bartender gave me a stern look without even a simple "Don't worry." The incident that prompted me to write this review, however, concerns a hot macchiato served with a distinctly burnt taste. I drink several coffees a day and rarely find myself unable to drink one, but in this case it was truly undrinkable. We politely asked for a replacement, clarifying that it wasn't a criticism, just a mix-up. The baristas' reaction, however, was extremely unprofessional: low-key jokes, rude and disrespectful. They even joked about the fact that the other coffees weren't burnt, forgetting that the others were cappuccinos and therefore not comparable. It's a shame, because the place has potential and some of the staff do really well, but the baristas' attitude unfortunately ruins the experience. P.S.: 5 stars for the service of the very kind waiter; I'm sorry I don't remember his name.
