Excellent menu, warm welcome and exceptional location...+++

Not your average agriturismo. As a Sardinian by adoption, I was looking for an agriturismo that, while focusing on traditional dishes and flavors, offered something different from the usual menu. S'ena Frisca met my expectations perfectly: six appetizers, a first course featuring excellent cured meats, and the others reflecting the chef's creativity and skill (but always with a keen eye for tradition, as demonstrated by the cannoli with fried mazza frissa and the stewed lumschine). Two first courses (not the usual ravioli and malloreddus) and finally, a must in Sardinia, the porcetto (pork suckling pig): lean but not dry, tender, fragrant, and with crispy rind: one of the best I've tasted in years. A choice of two desserts (not necessarily the traditional seadas) and a wide selection of digestifs. Everything is produced on-site, including the excellent wine, which is the fruit of a small estate vineyard. What else can I say? The setting, surrounded by greenery, with the subtle background sound of spring water (S"ena Frisca means, in fact, the fresh spring) is extremely evocative. The rooms are simple yet refined, and the staff is attentive, kind, and always available. The price, despite the superior quality, is in line with the competition. Highly recommended.

Superb! Traditional cuisine with a contemporary, creative twist. Everything is delicious, from the homemade bread to the digestif, through a plethora of appetizers, two first courses, and the ever-present suckling pig! And the price is incredibly fair.

A charming place surrounded by greenery, a rustic yet elegant setting, tastefully furnished. A quiet place where you can feel the peace and serenity. What can I say about the food? Everything was delicious, very fresh, the snails were delicious, the girls were very kind and super efficient... I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

The rental is immersive in the green, curata nei dettagli e con an’atmosfera autentica che ti fa felt suddenly at home. The cuisine is excellent: genuine dishes, rich traditional savory dishes and prepared with very fresh ingredients. The antipasto al dolce is always perfect, abundant and served with great attention. Another point of strength is the cordiality and availability of the staff, always sorrowful and ready to satisfy every need, making you live an authentic and familiar experience. We are a couple from Sassari in Belgium, and today we have a vacation in Sardinia for the first time. Sene Frisca has discovered a professionally designed, accessible experience. The location is full of greenery, full of small details, and an authentic feel that you will want to experience during your stay. The dish is uitstekend: gerechten vol smaak, bereid put poured into kwaliteitsvolle ingredients. Van voorgerecht tot dessert was alles perfect, royal en met veel zorg geserveerd. Een ander groot plus punt est de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel, altijd glimlachend entent, waardoor de ervaring nog warmer en gezelliger wordt. If we say agriturismo ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die het echte Sardinië wil ontdekken, met zijn smaken en zijn gastvrijheid. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

During the month of August, I had the opportunity to visit three agriturismos in Sardinia: one in Alghero, one in Dorgali, and finally S’Ena Frisca. Among these, I must emphasize the quality of the products offered here is exceptional. The property, nestled in the heart of beautiful countryside, fully reflects local tradition, offering an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Special praise goes to the owners, whose friendliness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. However, there is room for improvement regarding the service, an aspect that, if refined, could further elevate the overall experience. Nonetheless, the evening was memorable, made even more special by the celebration of my aunt's 90th birthday. A unique occasion in a setting that successfully combined tradition, quality, and scenic beauty.

A farmhouse located in an area with a beautiful view of the upper Sassari hills... friendly and helpful staff, with quick service without unnecessary waits... good Sardinian food with a few variations that will leave you satisfied... my advice: try it. PS: Perhaps a little pricey.

The refinement, the quality of the products, and the refined taste... These are the first things that are perceived by the sight and the palate... The rest is to be discovered like a pleasant surprise. Super top 😍

Cibo prelibato in una location collinare molto suggestiva a pochi kilometri da Sassari con uno splendido panorama. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo i prodotti dell’orto cucinati in maniera eccelsa. 6 antipasti, 2 primi, sua maestà il maialetto cucinato perfettamente, dolci, caffè e digestivo. Tutto impeccabile, anche nostra figlia di 8 anni ha mangiato tutto molto volentieri, ci torneremo presto

Per il pranzo del 25 aprile abbiamo scoperto questo splendido agriturismo a Tissi, a davvero pochi minuti da Sassari. Solo per farvi capire come abbiamo mangiato riferisco le parole di mio figlio, in genere non grande forchetta: "il cibo è stato cucinato dagli dei". Ecco, si è mangiato davvero da Dio. Tutto squisito, eccellente, a partire dal pane fatto in casa di diverse qualità (la focaccia nera credo resterà per sempre nei nostri cuori), ai mille antipasti particolarissimi (i tortini di peperone rosso allo zafferano o il pane fritto con una crema di formaggio stratosferica o le polpette di fregola per tutti... Ma erano tantissimi credetemi) ai primi squisiti (fregola ai carciofi e zafferano e maccarones 'e busa con ragù di pecora) ai secondi classici ma ottimi (maialetto e agnello arrosto con patate) ai dolci buonissimi. Il tutto poi reso migliore da un'accoglienza perfetta e gentilissima, da delle cameriere sempre attente e col sorriso e da un conto che per quel che si è mangiato era davvero irrisorio (45€ a testa e 25€ il bambino)
