We only used the hotel's restaurant service. Booking made a bit last minute and in a hurry, but in the end it turned out to be a surprise. On Fridays the kitchen is closed and they offer pizzeria service, and I would never have thought of saying that I ate one of the best pizzas in the mountains, in a remote village! Really light dough and quality ingredients. Excellent service! And the owner is incredibly nice and helpful!

We were able to stay less than expected but Lara and her family were infinitely helpful and friendly - highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-run guesthouse, with excellent food and a warm welcome. It is located about an hour's walk from Lake Tret.

Albergo Scoiattolo pension in the locality of Piani di Tret TN upper Val di Non, an enchanting little place at the foot of the climb to Lake Tret and the nearby mountain huts, two of us had lunch without a reservation, taking delicious canefetli with fingerlings and a second course of roast with vegetables. Bulk Schiava wine and buckwheat dessert, all delicious and freshly prepared! Excellent family management for a guesthouse in a beautiful place where you can go on many excursions!
