Absolutely nothing to say! A simple and charming location, well-maintained with very comfortable chairs! The owners were incredibly kind and friendly, and we had the pleasure of chatting with them. Excellent service and truly delicious dishes, with fresh fish and very prompt service, even with the right timing between courses. Starting with the shrimp in the seafood salad, my partner and I were amazed by the freshness of the unmistakable product, a mix of excellent fried foods, and... seafood linguine, what more can I say? We even mopped up that sauce!!! Congratulations across the board, and finally... the homemade tiramisu had a very light cream that, for those of us who are picky about tiramisu like me, is mouth-watering! Truly excellent, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Salvatore and Giovanna, along with Chef Germano, are an excellent team. Everyone does their job with passion and love, and this is evident in the quality of the products they serve. Everything is excellent, especially their mussels and gorgonzola specialty. I've never had the privilege of tasting such delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients in any other restaurant. I highly recommend Trattoria Scialài to anyone looking for a great dinner.

Fresh food and very friendly staff!!! I tried sea anemones and delicious seafood appetizers. The wine list could be improved and the restaurant could be spruced up a bit, as it would be important to show that the management has changed hands in the past few years. Highly recommended!

Prices need to be reconsidered: tourists are fed up with paying exorbitant prices and receiving barely adequate service. The seafood appetizer was a bitter disappointment. Try it and believe it.

Each dish tells a story, simple ingredients but prepared with surprising flair by chef Germano. You must try the calamarata with mussels, gorgonzola, and walnuts—brilliant! It makes you go wow at first bite. But while Germano is in the kitchen, in the dining room, you immediately feel like you're among friends, with the attentive and smiling welcome of Giovanna and Salvatore. This trattoria combines the freshest ingredients, hospitality, and cuisine. Uninformal, but full of soul.
