The view from the room is incredibly beautiful. The rooms are getting old but clean. Completely okay for a short vacation. The food is also very good and plentiful enough!

If you're happy with a 70's but clean hotel, it's fine if the aim is to go to the sea and relax, it's fine, nice and friendly people, the hotel needs to be renovated, especially the bathrooms. 10 days spent in total serenity

Structure a little dated but with thorough cleaning and simple but comfortable rooms (no air conditioning but ceiling fans). Spectacular view from the hotel terrace, from the dining room and from the rooms overlooking the sea side. Much kindness and helpfulness on the part of the managers (especially Mr. Giancarlo) and the waiters (our table, in July, was attended by the exquisite and efficient Mrs. MARY). The hotel is located in the wonderful inlet of the Gulf of Noli, with crystal clear water. It is close to the center, reachable on foot with a walk along the seafront. The price includes, in addition to full board, the beach (right under the hotel: just take a few steps or take the lift and you are directly on the beach) and the internal parking. We always have a good time and have been returning to this facility for years now ❤️

If you don't give importance to the structure itself with fixtures from the 50s and 60s (not maintained), the hotel is strategic for Liguria. Directly with access to the beach, parking under the room, dining room with sea view. At least the plumbing system needs to be reviewed because taking a freezing shower is not fun... and putting on the air conditioning at least during lunch and dinner, in some moments it was impossible to eat due to the heat it was. I recommend instead for food intolerances, which are sufficiently well managed. For Liguria it is one of the best, there is much worse.

This hotel has its soul. Who knows how many thousands of holidaymakers have passed through here over the years. The position in which it is found is by all accounts the most beautiful in Noli. From here you can admire all of Noli from the sea view rooms. In this hotel located on the beach, with 110 Eu per person in high season in August 2024, you are entitled to a double room with car parking, 2 deckchairs on the beach and full board. The structure is a little dated... but the owner is Mr. Giancarlo, his collaborators and his family do their utmost to make you feel at ease. There are many regulars who have been coming to this hotel for years and would not change to any other place. Also ideal for families with children, since there are no roads to cross to go to the beach. It is not equipped with air conditioning, so if it is hot, some adaptation is required. Not suitable for those looking for luxuries and snobbish!
