Excellent raw materials, worth trying!

A piece of Japan in Trentino, it deserves admiration for its courage and trust for its cooking skills, it is not easy to take such a difficult initiative and know how to manage it in the best possible way, if we lived in the area it would be our favorite restaurant, visit it and enjoy the 'experience.

The food is very good apart from the coffee. I would recommend parking as there isn't any However, four stars are deserved

I went to eat sushi while I was on holiday in Tesero. Very welcoming place on the main street of the town and very high quality sushi. But the jewel in the crown is certainly the owner of never-ending kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back

We had a wonderful dinner at Schiri sushi! We were ready for a break from pizza and pasta, and craved something light and tasty. This sushi delivered! We've eaten a lot of sushi, but had never tasted anything quite like the rolls with lemon, or the incredible 17-ingredient tuna specialty roll. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and so enjoyed chatting with the chef. What a surprising gem!

This place is amazing. Shockingly amazing. The chef owner is caring, kind, and personable. He is so clearly dedicated to his craft and his passion shines through every bite of every meal here. The Limone Salmon roll is incredible, and though I hesitated to try it, I was so so glad I did. I haven't tasted anything quite like that before. If you're in the area definitely take a detour for some wonderfully surprising and delicious sushi!
