The location is nice (especially inside and outside tables) but decidedly slow service, poor cleanliness, pigeons raging between the tables (also because they were released after some time)..

We almost didn't go because of all of the negative reviews about service, but I am glad we did! The pastries were absolutely excellent, the coffee was strong and delicious, and the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. She answered all our questions about the different types of pastries. Probably the best graffa we've had in Naples! Prices are higher than other places, but worth it. We'll be back!

After a year I go back (I come to Naples every year) and my mother what a bad service. The staff find it hard to smile and the "cashier" Alberto should take a course in manners. Shame because the coffee and products are exceptional but they certainly don't lack for business and make no effort to be friendly and professional. Maybe next year I'll have to find another coffee for breakfast. It's a shame because in general in Naples the people are much friendlier and more polite than in the rest of the country... but it must be the exception that confirms the rule in this case

Con Scaturchio non si sbaglia mai, i dolci sono sempre freschi e c'è vasta scelta. Se si è indecisi consiglio il ministeriale che è una loro specialità! Un po' costoso, ma la qualità vale la pena.

Everything was excellent, except the parking If you want to arrive by metro you practically get off at Piazza Amedeo and find it in front of you! Excellent coffee, excellent desserts... Excellent everything Highly recommended

On the quality of what is offered to the customer, 5 stars are not enough. Exceptional. As for the service, despite enduring the long waits with Neapolitan phlegm, we are far below decency. There is a great deal of disorganization. I hope that the owners make a small effort in this regard, because it is truly a shame to leave here with a "bitter taste in my mouth".
