28/07/2024: Repetita juvant, as the Latin saying goes, repeating is beneficial, we "repeated" ourselves, taking advantage of the splendid location of Ditirambo, and in its culinary journey.
The kindness of the service and the owner complete the experience.
Appetizer with a trio of tastings, cod with peach, a sublimation of flavors with the contrast of the sweet peach with the soft taste of cod, potato and mushroom flan, another demonstration that divine forces exist, and aubergine meatball which, although "obvious", also receives the applause of the guests.
First we had fettuccine with buffalo ragù in white which, if divine forces exist, even woodland elves and fairies have bothered with this dish, the helices with vegetables and bigoli, cod and pepper Crusco, I won't even tell you about the latter , go and try them.
The wine list is excellent.
Dessert, chocolate and mint ceescake madeleine with buffalo ricotta, Amalfi cake. In conclusion we spent a pleasant and tasteful evening. Go there.
