The menu offers a variety of dishes ranging from Tartare to oysters, from fish sandwiches to scampi and shrimp, to the catch of the day, always fresh and high quality. The choice to use only fresh and not frozen fish is really noticeable on the plate, and the service was impeccable. The wines and bubbles were an excellent accompaniment to each course. We chose Savì bistrot, highly recommended by some friends, to celebrate a birthday. Well what can I say, the girl who welcomed us was very kind for the entire duration of the service. The quality of every single dish was sublime, from the simple portion of welcome potatoes to the first course. I really enjoyed myself, after all when there is quality there is little to discuss. Recommended if you want to make a good impression on a friend, girlfriend or some client. We will definitely be back!
