The only aperitivo worth its salt in San Vito dei Normanni. Excellent service and excellent products. Many local bars should learn the meaning of "aperitivo" here. Highly recommended also for the traditional cuisine offered, and above all, still at fair prices. If you're passing by, stop by...it's definitely worth it.

This was my experience... A dish that encapsulates the soul of Italian cuisine: the eggplant parmigiana I tasted was a true poetry of flavors. The eggplant, perfectly golden and free of any trace of excess oil, had a velvety texture that melted in the mouth. The thick and enveloping tomato sauce released a fresh and intense aroma, a sign of genuine ingredients and slow, patient cooking. The stringy mozzarella center and the bold touch of Parmigiano Reggiano created a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and savory flavors.
