Get off the ferry and after about 100km on the SS131 south in S'Apposentu enjoy your first breakfast in Sardinia with a delicious cappuccino and toast. I can only recommend this stop and you can also fill up there cheaply.

The place is nice and is located near 131. The staff is very friendly. You can eat something on the fly like sandwiches or there is also a restaurant. The dishes are tasty and very abundant, especially the first courses. I recommend the place
