I only tasted the smooth focaccia, but that was enough for me! Really excellent and with a "crunchy" upper and lower layer Sold by weight, so everyone can choose the portion they want

Trattoria alle Due Torri

18/12/2024: Local in the center close to the historic center. Walls with exposed bricks. Courteous and attentive service. The offer is good with some (almost) exclusives, try the streppe with pesto
10/12/2024: Typical warm and welcoming Genoese trattoria (for tourists: Genoa yes, it knows how to be welcoming). Large portions: keep this in mind, I didn't do this and I struggled to finish the dishes 😅 Advised!
