We never wanted to leave! We had a mini "honeymoon" here, and the staff welcomed and pampered us even before we actually arrived. The suite was superb and meticulously maintained. The room service was prompt, and the sweet and savory breakfast was made with authentic products. We also decided to stay for lunch, and every dish we ordered was delicious: great attention to seasonality and fresh ingredients. We can't wait to find an excuse to return!

We had dinner at this fantastic place to celebrate my wife's birthday. She's pregnant and has some allergies, but the staff was super kind and, despite these numerous restrictions, they still let us try the tasting menu. We decided to spend a weekend at this property just outside Rome. I'll start by saying that the location is truly beautiful, as are the interiors of the rooms. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the design of the property, and the result is remarkable. The service is excellent; the staff are all very young but highly trained and very friendly. Overall, the restaurant certainly has great potential, but when you aim so high, with prices that are certainly those of a high-end restaurant, you also have to pay attention to the details.
