Our Saturday night refuge. A beautiful location, it feels like something out of an American movie. The service is impeccable, you can ask for anything; the guys know their stuff when it comes to cocktails of all kinds, and they're also courteous and friendly. The food could use a bit of a revamp, but it's still okay.

I spent a pleasant evening at this bar today with my best friend. The atmosphere is relaxed and accompanied by a pleasant selection of music. The staff was courteous and attentive: the waiter was very polite and the bartender was truly professional. My drink was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The perfect place for a pleasant evening, but my experience wasn't entirely positive. I had ordered bruschetta with ham and mozzarella, but they served it with tomatoes and mozzarella. After reporting the error, the staff replaced the dish, but it was simply a change on the same plate: the tomatoes were removed and ham added, leaving obvious traces of the previous tomatoes. In my opinion, in these cases it would be more appropriate to re-prepare the dish from scratch, both for reasons of hygiene and presentation, and out of respect for the customer. Despite this, I preferred to turn a blind eye and not raise further objections, while still appreciating the staff's kindness. Overall, a pleasant place, but one that would greatly benefit from greater attention to detail and quality of service.

I visited the establishment with some friends and was pleasantly impressed by the refined atmosphere, the orderliness, and the professionalism of most of the staff. The overall experience was pleasant, and the customer service deserves recognition. However, I would like to point out, constructively, that the cashier did not display the same level of friendliness and helpfulness as the other staff members. I believe a more welcoming and professional attitude on her part would further enhance the experience, making it fully commendable to the establishment's high standards.

I had a great time at Salumeria 48! The atmosphere was very nice—warm, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a good cocktail. The drinks were simple, yet incredibly tasty and well-balanced. What truly made the evening special was the service. Antonio, the bartender, was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and really passionate about his craft. He made us feel right at home and delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back again soon!
