Il personale è preciso e formato secondo criteri di sobria familiarità, puntuale e disponibile. Suggerirei di illustrare per ogni piatto, almeno nel caso di chi non sia un locale, le caratteristiche e la provenienza degli ingredienti, così da promuovere la loro origine, le loro peculiarità e il territorio che li fornisce: un'insalata di "pomodori", ad esempio, non è mai una semplice insalata di anonimi "pomodori", ma un'insalata composta da una varietà specifica (un pomodoro Spagnoletto di Gaeta, detto anche Casalino, è diverso da un pomodoro Torpedino di Fondi, ad esempio, avendoli gustati entrambi grazie alla disponibilità del ristoratore).

Amazing place especially for the view but also for the food. We have been invited several times for confirmations and weddings and we have always eaten well. They are also very well organized for gluten-free food, there is no need to continually reiterate that you are celiac as there is a person who serves the celiac diner at the table even if a buffet is provided, so as to avoid contamination. Good and plentiful gluten-free food, as well as food with gluten.
