I stayed there on November 15th for just one night. The property is a bit dated, but the room has all the comforts, and the bathroom had recently been renovated. The view from room 208 was very beautiful. The property has direct access to the beach (you have to climb 130 steps), but it's worth it, especially since that stretch of beach is very beautiful and private. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

very authentic hotel with a beautiful and lovely area, nice swimming pools, and easy stairs to the beach. breakfast was good, and parking was available. will definitely come back again

Woderful true italian style hotel, we had a room with seaview! Room had all what you could need - from shaving kit to slippers. Towels soft, room elegant and clean, historic elevator available. Pool and beach for extra charge if you are only B&B, breakfast really nice. All staff was super welcoming and nice - we had a fantastic stay!

The location is excellent and the view is wonderful. The rooms need renovation. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately I can't say much more about the breakfast staff. Their arrogance was unheard of. You don't know who to ask for coffee because when you arrive, no one greets you and no one asks if you want one (it should be noted that there's no coffee machine to make your own), and if you ask, it feels like you're bothering them. They clear the table while you're still eating. Breakfast was like a 3-star hotel; I'm truly disappointed. Very limited choice. Unfortunately, I don't know if I'll return. Too bad.

25/09/2025: Excellent restaurant between Terracina and San Felice. You can eat indoors or outdoors on the covered terrace. Ample parking. The facility is convenient and accessible for the disabled. The restaurant is welcoming and clean. The menu focuses on seafood with traditional Sicilian recipes. The pasta with sardines is fantastic, a must-try. The specialty is undoubtedly the artisanal gelato, with flavors such as Modica chocolate, almond, and pistachio. The pastries are also extensive. In addition to lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy breakfast, as the bar is always open. A must-try is the brioche filled with gelato. It's a family-run establishment, and they'll serve you like the family. P.S. There's also a set menu for lunch, where you can enjoy the same quality at a very reasonable price.
07/09/2025: A pleasant restaurant with a terrace on the seafront between Circeo and Terracina, it offers a menu unlike most other restaurants in the area. The portions are generous and of excellent quality. The prices are average, and the service is a bit slow and a bit distracted. I'll definitely be back.

25/11/2025: Beautiful location, but the service leaves something to be desired. Bottles of water were delivered to the table without asking if we wanted still or sparkling wine. The wine we ordered was then asked if it would be brought after the appetizers arrived, since we had already started a while ago. The little girl's fries, which we ordered, never arrived, and then found them on the bill. Well, what can I say? Maybe they weren't expecting all those customers in November, but I personally booked before going there. Otherwise, everything was good quality.
11/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the fish was excellent, the mussels were peppered and the anchovy arrigata were recommended, the place was lovely.
