My review falls short of expectations. Here's what I didn't like: the room I was assigned had a locked door connecting to the adjacent room. It was very annoying to have to hear the constant noises coming from the next room. What I liked: very helpful staff.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. Large room with dated furniture overlooking the parking lot; I was hoping for a sea view. Heating in late March was 24 degrees Celsius, too high for the time of year, and we couldn't lower the temperature. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant; the scialatielli were over-seasoned and very salty. The dining room was old-fashioned with non-woven fabric placemats, not up to four-star standards. Breakfast was good, with fresh cakes; the croissants were less so. The coffee machine was old-fashioned; I'd recommend replacing it. It doesn't make espresso, but rather overflowing cups of milk or cappuccino. The staff will make espresso upon request. The hotel is well-connected to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are a little dated (I had room 244). Excellent location.

The view, the room, and the dinner were all splendid. The only small inconvenience was that one of the lamps in the room was faulty.

Still very charming, even if it could use an external restyling.

Restaurant closed... Speechless

We went there for a conference and had a great time. Excellent food with all the options—vegetarian, gluten-free, and regular—well-cooked and very varied. The breakfasts were also plentiful. The staff was also very kind (I requested a barley coffee and they brought it to me from the bar; ditto, there was no fruit at dinner, so they brought me an orange upon request)! The rooms were very large and recently renovated. Very satisfied.

A beautiful 4-star hotel, yes, but probably from the 1980s. The exterior resembles a hospital. The view of the waterfront is magnificent. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. The rooms are spacious but dated; I should point out that my double bed was actually two singles. As for the rooms, specifically the bathrooms, they could use a renovation and perhaps stocked with toiletries like slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. As for the restaurant, for crying out loud, I pay €4 for a cover charge in Venice; I even witnessed three waiters steal a cake. Finally, the price, I'd say medium-high considering the low season.

I can only compliment this hotel. I was welcomed with kindness, and the rooms are meticulously maintained. The cleanliness is excellent, with scented towels and sheets, and impeccable floors, just like everything else. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for a short time. Oh, and I almost forgot, the view is breathtaking!

We celebrated Valentine's Day at this property. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless with comfortable beds. Dinner on the terrace had a beautiful view, and the dinner was excellent. Checkout was at 6 PM... what more could you ask for!! And the price was excellent!!
