Personally, the best in Ciociaria. The fish always seems excellent, both raw and cooked. The Japanese and Chinese dishes are both well-prepared and always tasty, never bland. I really enjoy them.

"Anthropologically speaking..." Leaving aside the above sentence, I love this place. The fish seems to be properly chopped, the ratio between fish and rice is balanced (a rare thing in an AYCE), the boys and girls in the dining room are very nice and efficient. There are small flaws, but nothing that doesn't make you want to come back or leave 5 stars: slightly slow service, justifiable by the incredible amount of work and the type of product offered, little variety in the type of fish, again justifiable by the AYCE formula. I recommend trying it, you won't regret it.

The restaurant is not bad, there are many people and therefore I expected better food. Unfortunately the food is little more than decent the most disturbing thing is to see that they prepare the raw fish with rice with their bare hands without gloves, they come out of the counter handling other objects and do not clean their hands... The staff is busy. Interesting menu but I repeat the decent quality.

We have been frequenting this restaurant with my boyfriend for years, a guaranteed and indispensable fixed appointment almost every two weeks. Excellent quality, taste and level of sushi, as well like cooked dishes. Relaxing environment with many curious furnishing details, which we love designed exactly like this. Very kind waiters, friendly and always attentive to satisfy the gluttony "sins" of us loyal guests. Among the things we appreciate most is the play of flavors: magnetic flavor combinations that captivate us and that we cannot do without. A round of applause for the entire cuisine, which makes Saké unique and unsurpassed. Compliments to the management, always a ready smile and maximum attention to care and detail.
