Sakè - Ristorante Cinese Giapponese In Frosinone

I've been frequenting this restaurant since 2018: the best Chinese/Japanese restaurant, in my opinion, in Frosinone. A classic location with perfectly executed decor. Service is well-timed (neither slow nor overwhelming) with attentive, unobtrusive staff. Rice and pasta are well-cooked, and salmon is fresh and lean. A varied and tasty selection of Uramaki, prepared in plain sight and never stale. The price is reasonable, even lower than some other restaurants in the same category in Frosinone. A guarantee.

Staff who can't speak Italian, good food

Unfortunately, I wrote a top-notch review four years ago, but now I've had to change it because since the management changed, the food has been decidedly subpar. It's dripping with oil, even the salmon skewers, which were the stuff of the old management, are now fried, hard, and inedible, instead of being grilled and tender. The presentation of the dishes is sloppy. On Saturday the 25th, my last visit, I had severe stomach pains! I miss the old management. Too bad, too bad! They're ruining a name!
