After a week of rain, on 28.12.2025 the sun returned.
And we are in this exceptional restaurant.
Outside on the terrace for lunch.
Ok, it's not hot, but we are close to a heated terrace, they also offered us blankets.
The food is very good, the wine as well.
For me the lamb is better than the pig because it is less dry.
But the pork remains very good..
The service: all with a unique kindness.
The bathroom: small but clean.

It's not hot, sure, but a booster heater is nearby; we were even offered pleas.
The food was absolutely delicious, and so was the wine.
Personally, I preferred the lamb to the suckling pig, as it was less dry.
But the suckling pig was still succulent.
The Service: Everyone was incredibly nice.
Toilets: small, but spotless.

Best restaurant in Olbia
Varied menu with typical, generous dishes. Everything is always delicious.
The two waiters are extremely kind and knowledgeable.
The owner and exceptional chef is a wonderful lady.

A wonderful last evening in Sardinia. Delicious food, friendly service, lovely atmosphere, excellent wine... What more could you ask for? If it weren't my last night in town, I'd definitely be back tomorrow.

A welcoming place, impeccable service, and sublime cuisine, especially the excellent fresh fried fish. The price is fair for everything. Chef Carla, who is also a restaurateur, is so attentive to her guests' needs, making it absolutely worth a visit.

A small restaurant in the center of Olbia, serving simple, excellent dishes made with top-quality ingredients. The staff is professional and friendly, and the owner, who is also the chef, is skilled and knowledgeable. Given the limited seating, reservations are recommended.

Found by chance while strolling through Olbia's city center. Small but cozy, with outdoor seating available if the weather permits. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cuisine, featuring fresh, seasonal local dishes, is truly excellent.

The best restaurant in Olbia, located on Via Olbia, right in the city center. Top-quality ingredients, carefully selected and cooked.
Sardinian suckling pig, the best in the world, fresh pasta, culurgiones, gnocchetti, ravioli... platters of local cured meats...
The chef is precise and always ready to describe the dishes and help you choose.

A true gem in Olbia. It's hard to believe we've been walking past it for so many years. The food was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for pizza or carbonara, you've definitely come to the wrong place. If you're looking for fregola, roast suckling pig, bottarga, and other Sardinian delicacies, you've come to the right place. Thanks to the chef.
The service was also absolutely top-notch. Patient, informative, recommendative,... and super friendly. Thanks to all three of you.

Food is good but it's extremely overpriced. 3.50€ for regular water, 8€ for a glass of wine. You'll get better price vs quality elsewhere for sure.
