Very welcoming, clean, family-run pizzeria and the pizza is delicious! There is a good choice of seasonings that recall local ingredients. The quality of the raw materials and the cooking in the wood oven make for a subliminal sensory experience! A must when I come to Cortoghiana on holiday. The pizzeria is takeaway, but there is the possibility of eating it on site thanks to the setting up of an external covering, tables and chairs to eat it freshly baked:)
