Super pizza with excellent dough: an experience worth it!!

It's hard to find a better pizza in Battipaglia. Light dough, superb ingredients, courteous and helpful staff, excellent draft beer (and that's no given). And, crucially, they respect the Battipaglia pizza tradition, which is soft and shallow. So, here you won't find air-infused crusts, "gummy" dough, or chewy, bubblegum-like textures, which are now popular everywhere, even in our country, where we imitate the pseudo-Neapolitan pizza.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about their customers. The place is well-maintained. The pizzas are very good, as are the appetizers. Next time we're in Battipaglia, we'll definitely be back.

Found by chance... excellent focaccia and buffalo mozzarella pizza, very kind and smiling staff, there are few places like this. Keep it up!!

I've been there a few times this year and can only say that the pizzas and focaccias are delicious... The dough, I dare say, is made with experience and love: soft and slightly crunchy on the outside, it retains its texture even when it cools. The owner and staff have always been kind, friendly, and smiling.
