Rostì - Non Una Normale Rosticceria In Pomigliano d'arco

Se siete amanti della cucina napoletana autentica, Rosti è una tappa obbligatoria. Appena entrati, si viene accolti da un’atmosfera calorosa e genuina, ma è a tavola che inizia il vero viaggio: un’esplosione di sapori che rende omaggio alla tradizione partenopea. I fritti sono semplicemente spettacolari: croccanti, asciutti, fragranti. La frittatina di pasta è un piccolo capolavoro, con una besciamella vellutata e una gratinatura perfetta. Gli arancini e le montanarine sono irresistibili, con ingredienti freschi e saporiti che raccontano la vera Napoli in ogni morso. Anche i piatti della tradizione meritano una menzione d’onore: dal classico ragù napoletano cucinato a regola d’arte, alle genovesi che si sciolgono in bocca. Ogni portata è preparata con attenzione e rispetto per la storia culinaria campana. Rosti è un ristorante che non cerca scorciatoie: qui si mangia come una volta, ma con la cura e l’eleganza di oggi. Un luogo dove tornare, ogni volta che si ha nostalgia dei sapori veri.

Welcoming and enough choice on the menu

We ordered some frittatas to go, and the flavor lived up to expectations. The classic frittata was truly excellent and well-balanced. The only downside is the price, in my opinion. €2.50 would have been perfect, but €3.50 would discourage even a second one. Regardless, I think it's too expensive for a frittata to go, which wasn't even giant.

Want to feel at home?! Here you can easily do so, as it's true that those who set the table also have to clear the table ;) I have to say that the best thing about it is the quality! There's nothing commercial about it, so the food is excellent and home-made... I highly recommend it for a quick stop and if you want to relax for a moment.

I've known Rostì since before it opened its own restaurant with tables, and the already excellent quality has only increased. One of the best places in Pomigliano, and perhaps even Naples, hands down.

Very, very good Genovese, but also croquettes and chicken!!! Highly recommended!!!

First time and definitely won't be the last. Excellent quality and price, and a wide selection of menu options. The products are fresh, very tasty, and cooked to perfection. I recommend going there for the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, and because it's worth it :)

I went to Rosti by chance for the first time, and since then I have happily returned several times. Welcoming environment, kind and attentive staff, but above all truly spectacular sandwiches. Fresh ingredients, original but well-balanced combinations, and generous portions. Every time it's a confirmation! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and taste, without giving up a courteous and fast service. It has become one of my favorite places, and I can't wait to go back again!
