Pizza with stellar Neapolitan dough. Truly amazing. I'm from Ferrara, but it was absolutely worth it. Excellent. Very good.

A wonderful evening with friends and family. The pizza was incredibly good, with a soft and light crust, but in the original Neapolitan style. When it was time for photos of the young women, we headed to the corridor in front of the bathroom, which is a highly recommended location (even if it doesn't seem like it), and the gentleman who works there even helped us adjust the lights to our advantage (lighting service included 😂).

Scoperta l’anno scorso, ho pensato di aver trovato finalmente la pizzeria definitiva a Rovigo. Ci sono stato a maggio 2025 l’ultima volta però e oltre ad aver cambiato menù che trovo molto confusionario seppur piccolo, anche per colpa dei nomi tutti simili delle pizze, non mi è piaciuto che le pizze fossero una distesa di mozzarella. Fino alla volta prima era perfetta, una buona dose di pomodoro che si riusciva a sentire e il giusto quantitativo di mozzarella. Insomma, -mozzarella e + pomodoro. 5 stelle se si risolvono queste cose

In my honest opinion, it's the best pizza I've ever eaten in the Polesine area. The perfectly Neapolitan-style dough is soft, light, well-cooked, and, to date, the only one I can truly describe as truly digestible. Every time I'm struck by the exceptional quality of the ingredients: always fresh, flavorful, and carefully combined. The portions are just right, never scant, and every bite is a perfect balance of flavors. Kudos also to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff: the service is fast, attentive, and always with a smile. A pizzeria definitely worth trying!

27/11/2025: A mountain retreat just a few kilometers from the sea! Hostaria Il Paiolo boasts a spacious and airy atmosphere, all in wood, decorated with mountain images and featuring CAI trail markers. The dining room is informal and welcoming, but above all... the food is excellent! The portions are tasty, generous, and the prices are absolutely affordable. The spaetzle and canederli are a must-try, but the meat dishes are also worth a visit. It's also worth a visit in October, when the restaurant hosts a weekly Oktoberfest evening worthy of Bavaria! The staff is friendly and courteous, but never intrusive. Definitely worth the trip to Porto Viro! Well done!
26/11/2025: When you're longing for lunch in a mountain cabin... no need to wait for the holidays. Here's a Tyrolean restaurant in the Po Delta, with original recipes, quality ingredients, and friendly, helpful service. Not to be missed.
