The food was OK and it was hard to judge the atmosphere as it was very quiet when we visited. Given it was so quiet the service was very slow, probably because the seemed to be concentrating on the delivery riders.

I hadn't been in for almost 10 years due to terrible service and unspeakable rudeness. I returned twice in one week and found good food, high level of service and an overall great experience.

A truly surprising place: although it is a franchise restaurant, it proves capable of creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. Excellent individual customer care, but this is also thanks to the very valid choice of the team in the room; especially the blond, blue-eyed boy named Sebastiano.
