Roadhouse Grill In Mantova

This will be the fifth time I've been to Roadhouse. The staff is always kind and good at what they do, but this time too there were problems with the cutlery. I had to send back my fork and knife for the umpteenth time because they were dirty, and it doesn't seem normal that I have to check these things for fear of eating with cutlery that had other people's food on it. Not wanting to disturb the already very busy staff, I got the cutlery myself by exchanging them with others at empty tables and reporting it to the staff so they could rewash it. However, if you go to a restaurant you expect it to be a relaxing place to spend a quiet evening with friends; otherwise I would have stayed home and made my own dinner. Then the wait for the first courses was also long, like the last few times. In fact, when the waitress came to collect our appetizers after a long time, she asked us if we had taken anything else, and we were afraid they had even forgotten about our dishes. Maybe it's a vulgar review but every time I've been there there have always been problems regarding these two areas, so I don't know, I feel more and more convinced that I have to change places where I eat in company.

It's improved a lot since the last few times I've been here. You can taste the freshly made food, and it's high-quality. Truly excellent. The staff is also very friendly. The only thing I'd like to note is perhaps speeding up the beverage service, or delivering the nachos with the drinks, otherwise you'll find yourself nibbling on them and not having anything to drink right away (they're a bit salty and spicy, so having a drink on the side would be ideal).

The food is good, the service is fast and the staff is friendly and helpful.

All you can eat... in short... they bring you the ribs right away as soon as you order them. If you ask for more rounds... you wait over 20 minutes. Anyway, excellent food.

The quality of the meat is beyond discussion, excellent cooking. After the renovation it has been reduced in size but modernized, perhaps slightly more chaotic than before. Service is ok even if sometimes requests could be completed in less time. Negative note for the Maxxxi Burger: they are no longer the 500g they once were...

We went back after the reopening and had good memories. Major disappointment. Prices out of the norm, the grill mix thrown in with some pieces of various meats of very questionable quality, some tough, not a single vegetable, potatoes, everything to order over.. the sauces... good times with the original RH now instead 2 jars of supermarket mayonnaise and ketchup to squirt.. 58 euros for 2 grill mix potatoes and a little sweet ino ino a triangle of Nutella crepes 6 cm per side, beer and water. Also no thanks.
