12/06/2025: "We'll be back, no doubt about it." We said it and we did it. We're back. And not only that: we've already rebooked for tomorrow. It all started with that sign on the side of the road: "Zero-mile fish". An almost whispered invitation, which had intrigued us. After too many restaurants where you leave feeling plucked and even disappointed, here we finally found a place where you eat well, you get even better advice, and you leave with a smile. At the first visit, we were already won over: very fresh seafood appetizers, mussels in myrtle stew that deserved a standing ovation, a tasty and impeccable John Dory fish, and then the grand finale with Soraya and Raviolone — dishes that are unforgettable. But it was with the second visit that the confirmation came. More mussels, still delicious. Then two textbook first courses: Fettuccine del Nido and Tagliatelle with three fillets and pink asparagus. A perfect balance of flavors, cooking, aromas. And if the fried fish and shrimp made us close our eyes from the goodness, the dessert did the rest: semifreddo with Tonara nougat and Modica PGI chocolate, and a coffee truffle that alone is worth the trip. All accompanied by impeccable service: Sara pampered us with professionalism and spot-on suggestions, while from the kitchen Giuseppe, the chef, gave us dishes that speak of passion, technique and heart. A myrtle liqueur, as a final farewell, closed the circle with elegance. A rare place. One of those that not only fill you up — but stay with you. See you tomorrow.
