Unique place! Cold cuts, cheeses, polenta... everything was top-notch! Served and revered by a brilliant waiter. I'm not sure if the two guys are brothers, but they're certainly among the best in their roles. Highly recommended!

A great place to enjoy charcuterie and cheese platters al fresco. There's also an indoor dining area for inclement weather. Here, you can purchase delicious cheeses of various ages and ages, as well as salami and soppressa made on site.

As always, a sure thing when you stop at this mountain hut, whether to buy cheeses or have lunch. All of it, of course, locally sourced. As for the cured meats and cheeses, I think my photos speak for themselves. The service is also good. Fast and courteous. I forgot, the cake with orange slices on top is excellent. Recommended. Good prices.

Trattoria Castelbarco Avio

08/03/2026: We stopped for lunch after visiting Avio Castle. The restaurant was busy, but the manager asked us to wait because there was a chance some tables would become available soon, and so it was. The service was quick and courteous, the menu offered verbally featured local dishes, and what we ordered far exceeded our expectations, and the bill was perfectly in line with what we ate and drank.
18/01/2026: Four of us had lunch on Sunday at noon. Two first courses and two second courses. The first courses were really good; the pork shank was excellent, as were the potatoes and cabbage. It's a shame the only dessert was strudel. The food was good and the price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything. Ivana
