Difficilmente nelle recensioni attribuisco cinque punti, ma questo ristorante li vale tutti! La cucina ci ha conquistato. Abbiamo scelto dal menù una polenta al brasato, gnocchi al ragù di salsiccia, fettuccine ai funghi e anche al ragù. Per secondo un agnello porchettato, due porzioni di guancia di maiale cucinata a lenta cottura davvero squisita, contorni di friarielli. Dalla carta dei vini abbiamo scelto un Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo del 2022 che ben si è accompagnato alle portate. Ambiente suggestivo, ricavato sotto le volte affrescate che richiama una taverna medievale sia nell'arredamento che nell'uso delle stoviglie in coccio. Davvero una bella scoperta da consigliare!
