The house appetizers were very good.
As a Fiorentino, when the Fiorentina steak was chosen, I was hesitant, but the explanation he gave to the other diners cleared up any doubts.
The Fiorentina steak was excellent, very tender and cooked rare, as it should be.
Congratulations...
I have one piece of advice, however... when the Fiorentina steak is chosen, it's customary to show it to the other diners before cooking and indicate its weight.

Dear Cinzia, on June 14th we were your guests for the umpteenth time, but this time for our most beautiful day. You and your staff with the chef and Olga and the other girls made our wedding perfect, there were no doubts about the quality of the raw materials but the empathy and sympathy shown to our friends was something that goes beyond! So much quality, between Padua Venice and Treviso at this level we have 4 or 5.
Welcome Prosecco with croutons that accompany the wait.
Introduction of the owner at the table who explains the ingredients and history of the products, makes it clear that she cares about tasting palates.
Appetizer with house cured meats and grilled bacon very light and completely dry. The Russian salad without mayonnaise surprises.
Shared a Florentine steak between two people perfectly cooked rare and very good meat.
House red wine that in other parts would be medium-high range. Dessert coffee and bitter of excellent quality.
€70 Aperitif, Appetizer, Continuously rotating bread, 500g good Florentine steak, wine water, sweet bitter and coffee...worth it all.
Absolute fabulous food and service, sittinf between the locals is always a good sign and we enjoyed it all 👌🏼

Many have already written that you eat well, I can only confirm, very good meat at the top!
The quality/price ratio is important but for those who travel and often have lunch and dinner alone there are also other aspects to evaluate... feeling almost at home is not something that happens often.
The place was full and obviously I hadn't booked, it was worth the wait. Thank you for the attention you showed.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorantino, che dire, tutto perfetto!! Il personale, con la proprietaria Cinzia, ci ha fatto sentire a casa, lasciandoci la ns privacy. Ad ogni portata le ragazze ci spiegavano e consigliavano quali pietanze mangiare prima e dopo. Menu solo di carne, e che carne. Lavorando nella ristorazione, posso dire che la materia prima è speciale, vogliamo parlare dei crostini con lardo, miele e noci? C’è la possibilità di fare anche menù degustazioni, abbiamo preso la Fiorentina e in più la battuta. La qualità della Fiorentina e la frollatura, sono il pezzo forte a mio avviso. Poi abbiamo i dolci, tutti fatti dalla titolare Cinzia, una vera oste, che sono obbligatori per finire la cena perfetta.
Da ieri è diventato il ns ristorante preferito di carne 🩵
Tutto ottimo partendo dagli antipasti arrivando al dolce. Carni di ottima qualità stracosigliato personale molto garbato e accogliente posto carino e spazioso ci rivedrete molto presto bravi
