Of all the restaurants of this kind, I found it to be the best, both for the food and the owners, who are kind, provide explanations, and try to meet the customer's needs as best as possible. Excellent value for money; perhaps the cheapest is the fixed-price version with several courses included. Others do half portions. But theirs are generous, well-cooked, and tasty. For Sicilians who are very experienced, as they are islanders, especially those from Syracuse, we obviously notice that the fish is often frozen, but well-seasoned and excellently prepared. Of course, the raw fish that the other diners at my table eat (I didn't) was delicious. The place is nice, good hygiene 👀you can often see it by how clean they keep the restrooms. It's a shame it's hard to find parking nearby, but that's the only flaw. For everything else, I recommend it.
