Beautiful hotel with a good level of digitalisation and automation, see app. concierge and car valet service as well as being an excellent wellness hotel, two saunas, one of which is bio, Turkish bath, beautiful swimming pool with water blades and hydromassage as well as a relaxation area with herbal teas and fruit. Superior family room with balcony, warm and welcoming with characteristic tasteful wooden furniture. Excellent breakfast and dinner, both in terms of service and offer. Professional, attentive and friendly welcome, Carlo attentive and precise. Excellent SkyBuss service, Christian excellent factotum collaborator and excellent Campiglio Sport rental and sales shop, not far away with which the hotel has an agreement. Warm welcome from the Masè family and the tireless Mrs. Rina, "rezdora" who has been playing the impeccable role of hostess with great enthusiasm for 62 years; we have traveled the "world" and I would define this splendid lady as unique and rare.

If I could I would have given more stars! Everyone, absolutely everyone, extremely kind in all areas, all ready to satisfy any customer need, hotel furnished and managed with great care, and above all cleanliness, catering also taken care of in detail, quality food!! What can I say satisfied in every way!! I highly recommend it! Well done, keep it up!!!!

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Madonna di Campiglio and a stone's throw from the slopes, with wonderful and very clean rooms. The structure has a high-level SPA that is truly comfortable and has many services. The restaurant is a certainty, exquisite, with refined but at the same time typical cuisine. The staff is really kind and welcoming, starting from the owners who made us feel at home from the first moment. SUPER RECOMMENDED

Stayed for 6 nights in this family run hotel. Great stay! Cozy rooms, clean and relaxing sauna, and top-notch service. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond. They food was really excellent with choices for everyone. Perfect location, too. Hope to be back soon!

06/09/2024: Wir haben zufällig an einem Abend mit Tapas & Weinbekleidung (Weingut ROENO) einen Tisch reserviert gehabt. Es war ein wunderbarer Abend in einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre.
30/07/2024: This place is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for that special occasion venue. Very impressive building and grounds, overlooking lake Garda. We were very lucky to have some live music going on throughout all evening. It created wonderful atmosphere. The view of the lake is beautiful and service is very attentive. We had a very nice wine, recommended by our waiter. All our dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I especially recommend suckling pig. Deserts were delightful. I also liked that the chef came over to our table to say hi and hear our feedback- makes it that much more special.

05/01/2025: Dishes with quality ingredients and local recipes often revisited, you can see the care in the recipes and in the service. Very helpful and friendly owner, he explained a lot to us about the dishes we ate and the wines (pumpkin dumplings with cheeses, really excellent quality raw beef, pumpkin soup, strudel). Price appropriate to the quality of the dishes!
01/12/2024: Small but very nice place, with a few tables. We appreciated the vast choice of wines, it's a shame that the quantity of wine poured per glass is small for the price paid. Excellent quality food, wide choice of delicious cured meats and cheeses. Unfortunately there must have been a misunderstanding with the owner, because we had asked for just one platter of cold cuts and cheeses to divide between 4 people, so as to have just a taste and not spend too much given the cost, but instead 3 were brought to us , almost one each, spending €60 just for the starter which in our opinion, although very good, was not totally worth the expense. Overall we ate very well, the owner is very friendly, the only negative note was the quantity of wine and the final bill.
