We had the ramen in broth, and really nothing to say except that it's really good: the pasta is made by the chef right in front of you, and it's a pleasure to watch him make it, and the ingredients inside are also very good. For an appetizer, we had pork gyoza; you can taste the handmade dough and that they're not frozen. It's an anime-themed place, and it's small, but it works really well.

You walk by and find a guy making ramen, cooking it, running the counter, setting the table, and waiting tables. You try it, and it's the best ramen you've ever had. Devastating.
