A dinner that hasn't been so good in a long time, genuine, served by people who have passion, by a cook, Daria who thrills with her dishes, who comes to the table to ask "is everything okay?" A husband who lives with great passion behind her... and who tells us "We closed for 15 days to pick apples.... in short, I missed my customers, I missed the nice people, because in the end nice people always arrive ..." Really nice family place. Excellent attention to the customer. Really interesting menu, different from the typical menus of the area. Very honest prices and discreet, professional service

Bio Hotel Hermitage

20/08/2024: The best place in the whole of the Dolomites, run by a devoted family that love what they do, you can see it in the decor and the flower arrangements. The food is top notch MICHELIN STARS… the views to die for … heaven on earth!
05/04/2024: We stayed, unfortunately only for three nights, in this beautiful hotel, top staff, always kind, smiling and ready for any of your needs, the owners of the hotel pamper you so much to make you feel at home, shuttle always ready for the center and the facilities , very good breakfast and catering, super recommended 👌🏻
