I'd been there years ago, and I happened to return this year with a friend: the location has remained the same, as has the quality of the dishes offered. No elaborate dishes, but the true flavors of the area you're in: mushrooms, beans, lamb, cured meats, and quality cheeses. The restaurant is a huge place in the middle of nowhere, but with a dining room overlooking a stunning valley. The kitchen offers no unnecessary frills, no senseless gourmet fare, just good food, truly good, in just the right portions. A guarantee!

Beautiful location in the heart of the Cilento National Park, just minutes from the Castelcivita Caves. The food and the quality of the ingredients are excellent, clearly fresh and expertly prepared using traditional methods. Friendly and organized service.

The food is certainly good and high-quality, but a series of small errors in the less-than-perfect service prevent me from giving it a 5-star rating. Also, a note about the ambiance: the restaurant has large, beautiful outdoor spaces, but the tables are set on a terrace enclosed by hideous plastic sheets. I expected the price to be lower, but it's still acceptable.

The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first to the last bite: everything is fresh, authentic, and crafted with great attention to local tradition. The dishes tell the story and authentic flavors of this splendid land, with generous portions and mouthwatering flavors. The pizza, then, is a chapter in itself: perfectly leavened, light and digestible dough, generous and well-balanced toppings. It's a pleasure to savor it every evening in company, with that crispiness that makes you want to order another one right away. Special praise goes to the staff: always available, smiling, and attentive to every customer's need. Here you feel welcomed like family, and the owner always manages to create a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, moving from table to table with his friendly manner and a few jokes that bring out genuine smiles. It's that human touch that makes this place even more special. In short: if you're in Castelcivita or the area, treat yourself and stop here. Excellent food, a warm atmosphere, and service that truly makes all the difference. You'll definitely be back, just like I always do!
