Very nice place, a lovely lounge that looks like it was built in a former oil mill but has been reimagined as a modern and welcoming space. The young people who run it are absolutely friendly. The food is beautifully presented, but it's a shame it's all cold. I don't know why, but I can say we left a dish because it was cold and the rice was a bit overcooked, and the owner took it off our bill (a gesture we all appreciated, commendable). We'll be back to try the unusual menu again, but remember to remind him to bring the dishes hot—yes, hot. I forgot... the background music is really tasteful, set to the perfect volume. And I repeat, the place... I'd love to have it as my home!

A delightful restaurant in the heart of Porto Maurizio. Impeccably decorated and with an open kitchen, Pressafuoco offers a culinary experience meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. First of all, as soon as I walked in, I appreciated the distance between tables, which ensures an increasingly rare intimacy among restaurants on the Riviera. It was just the prelude to one of the best dinners in my eight years in Imperia. The service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, the menu is refined and interesting, the ingredients are excellent, and the selection ranges from seafood to mountain fare, satisfying every taste. Speaking of which, meat lovers, rest assured that you'll be in the right place here. Don't expect to simply choose between tagliata and fillet with green peppercorns: here you'll be spoiled for choice; there's an entire menu dedicated to them. And what a menu! Despite my gluten intolerance and the other diner's many allergies, the chef was quick to adapt every offering to our needs, leaving us pleasantly surprised. Pressafuoco isn't just an excellent restaurant; it's a treat for the palate, a moment of relaxation, and the guarantee of a wonderful evening. Looking for the perfect location for an anniversary dinner? An intimate birthday? A business dinner? Do you simply want to eat good food, with a capital "B"? Go to Pressafuoco and you won't regret it... Unless the Ligurian in you feels the need to grumble, because there's absolutely nothing—and I mean nothing—to complain about here.

Excellent!!!! Beautiful dishes that always please the eye, but above all, they're substantial, top-quality, with carefully selected ingredients and flavorful combinations. Fabulous squid stuffed with rabbit, Ossobuco with pink shrimp that will make your head spin... The meat selections are top-quality...you have to try them. The prices are fair for the 5-star quality. Not a seaside place...but when you walk in the door and sit down, you know it's the right place, and the feeling is that you'll eat divinely! Chef and owner Simone Pressamariti leaves his mark, just like Zorro! A beautiful menu...well-crafted and creative dishes! Balanced flavors and perfect technique! The cuisine focuses primarily on meat, but there are also a few fish dishes! The desserts are amazing...it's hard to find restaurants where cooking and pastry go hand in hand! The wine list is unpretentious...but with a few good labels! The brother in the dining room is a real insider...he explains the chef's creations in detail! The grilled meat is simply perfect...the flavor and cooking are top notch! A must-see for gourmets and carnivores!
