The outside appearance doesn't do justice to what it's like on the inside. A truly nice and elegant place where you can find many traditional Trentino dishes. We tasted the Potato Tortel (crispy and delicious) served with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Afterwards we tried the "Grilled" meat which was really plentiful and tasty. Excellent service and friendly, polite waiters. Really a good place to go for dinner with family and friends. An experience that I recommend doing if you want to try typical local products!

A nice discovery, the last outings in Trento were not very satisfactory but this time the result is really very good. Good service with young and well-trained staff. The quality of the meat is excellent, with distinct flavors. Perfectly balanced risotto with teroldego reduction. I don't rate it 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but we are very close.

17/08/2024: we couldn't give our best because the service was too slow... although we didn't have any particular urgencies but the dishes arrived too far from each other. Nothing to say about the food was excellent
13/08/2024: Small restaurant with a wide choice between lake and mountain. The first courses are truly excellent, but I cannot give 5 stars for two reasons: the venison steak, overcooked, and the side dishes (potatoes and kohlrabi) very bland. The strangolapreti and the mixed starter of cured meats and cheeses are excellent. Very professional but also friendly service.

18/08/2024: Place in the centre, clearly visible, with a pleasant but sheltered outdoor area. Crowded (you eat reasonably well and you pay the right amount). Very fast and friendly service. Well assorted menu. Abundant dishes to divide between 2. We order 2 half portions of first course (they are 2 normal, almost abundant dishes); 1 second which we will divide in two (to be filled); 1/2 liter of local red (excellent). Bread/water. €42 00. Satisfied. Advised.
