Kaiserstube offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that instantly make you feel like you're in the mountains. The menu is extensive and varied, but the highlight is the traditional Trentino dishes: dumplings, polenta, stew, mushrooms, and local cheeses, all carefully and expertly prepared. The pizzas are also excellent, but the local cuisine is definitely worth trying. The portions are generous, the flavors authentic, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. A place where you can eat (and drink) truly well, where you'll feel at home and will gladly return. A must-see if you're in Canazei.

A must-see for anyone visiting the Fassa Valley!! As you enter Canazei from Campitello, you suddenly find the magnificent Hotel Dolomiti, majestically on your right. An atmosphere from another era... Inside, the Keiserstube restaurant has a traditional atmosphere, a varied menu, and friendly service... highly recommended!!!

Gorgeous restaurant! Warm atmosphere, impeccable service, and unforgettable dishes. I absolutely recommend the cherry tomato-filled ravioli and the porcini mushroom fillet—simply divine. Don't miss the homemade tiramisu, too: delicious!

Antica Trattoria "Al Volt"

14/10/2025: Authentic atmosphere, menu with few but adequate dishes. Good food and very fair prices.
05/10/2025: This is an old trattoria in the center of Trento. We had a very good meal, and the waitress was very kind and helpful. The only flaw: we felt the owner was a bit cold toward families with children; this is also evident in the fact that they have a high chair that I think was at least 30 years old and doesn't have a safety lock to keep children in it. Aside from this, I'm just trying to improve the service. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.
