Ristorante Pizzeria "Il Prato" In Trevignano romano

A pleasant outdoor dinner, with only one thing I found obnoxious: one of us asked for the pizza to be generously topped with tomato sauce. The bill included a surcharge of about €2 for this reason. Furthermore, it's unfair not to inform the customer of this absurdity when they order. I can perhaps understand that requests for additional items like buffalo mozzarella or porcini mushrooms, for example, could be billed separately, but here we're talking about nothing more than tomato sauce, the origin of which we don't even know—we don't know if it's Italian or Chinese. In short, I found this not only petty, unfair, and ridiculous, but also grotesquely absurd.

Good pizza, quick service, cool place

This restaurant is inviting, with its beautiful, large outdoor veranda where you can also eat in the summer, and convenient free parking just steps from the lakefront. The interior rooms are very charming and furnished in a rustic style. We came on Sunday for lunch and ordered stewed baby octopus as an appetizer, served with croutons, octopus, and potatoes. Along with these two appetizers, they also brought us some delicious fried pizzottelle. For my first course, I chose homemade tonnarelli allo scoglio with a seafood sauce, truly delicious. And ravioli with creamed scampi. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back for their pizza, which, from what I saw on their menu, must be very good! The prices are medium-high, but you pay for quality! August 3, 2025 Second visit, this time for the pizza. If I enjoyed their appetizers and main courses the first time, this time I can say the pizzeria deserves praise as well... I must say they didn't disappoint! The dough is light, fragrant, and risen to perfection! Their stuffed fried pizzas are exceptional; I had the chicory-filled one! The staff was welcoming and smiling from the moment we arrived. There's a truly pleasant atmosphere, and it seems like everyone works with passion. Well done, you didn't disappoint me this time either!

We discovered this restaurant through friends who live in Trevignano, and now we often return from Rome because it's a relaxing, meticulously maintained, and well-maintained place where you can enjoy excellent seafood dishes and homemade pasta dishes. Always courteous and professional. Thank you.

Very good pizza not only the selection but especially the crispy dough. We had lunch as well: the food is always tasty, generous and sometimes even surprisingly original and has some unique twist. Stuff is very professional. Sundays are busy so it might effect the quick service (such as at any other place)

The atmosphere could have been better if there were no screaming and shouting children. The parents apparently thought it was okay.
