Ristorante Pino al Mare In

Thanks to the entire TEAM, this year too, our vacation at Pino al Mare was pleasant!!!!! This opinion was also shared by the newest addition to the family, whom we were able to bring with us!! Little Luna!! See you soon...

I return to this dream property every year because it represents my ideal vacation. Three stars are well deserved; in fact, I would even deserve a fourth. Excellent location, very hardworking and highly skilled owners, but the highlight is the very kind, attentive, and helpful staff. Carla stands out among them all, the central beam at reception. Carlo is friendly and has that touch of cunning that Stefano De Martino certainly doesn't dislike. Darwin is thoughtful and helpful. On the beach, Mario is kindness personified. A big hug to everyone, especially to the charismatic Mrs. Maddalena, and see you next year. P.S. I would give the fourth star to the cuisine. Everything is excellent, well-cooked, and very varied.

I left Hotel Pino on Saturday after staying full board for 10 days. I'm writing to tell you that, having had such a great time, I've booked for the end of September and next year. The location is beautiful, directly overlooking the beach, the room is well-equipped, the view is large and beautiful, with small coves, making the sea suitable for everyone. The owners and staff, including the beach service, are polite, helpful, kind, and very professional. The food is varied, excellent, and of high quality. I came to this hotel on the recommendation of a friend, whom I thank publicly, and I recommend everyone to go there to confirm what I wrote.

Simply wonderful! The hotel is enchanting—the ground floor features a restaurant with tables and a splendid terrace directly on the sandy beach, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The view is beautiful, perfect for relaxing or celebrating special family moments. The food is spectacular, with delicious and well-prepared dishes. The service is impeccable: everyone is kind, attentive, and helpful. A place that truly exudes comfort, joy, and serenity. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, beauty, and an unforgettable family atmosphere!

July 11, 2025. Lunch at the Pino al Mare restaurant, located on the beach. One-dish meal: boiled sea bass caught that day with boiled potatoes. A simple dish, but one of great value if (as it was) the freshest fish cooked to perfection with quality potatoes, also cooked just right and evenly. The fish flesh is chunky with a distinct consistency. Salt isn't needed, it still tastes like the sea. Lemon isn't used. Potatoes are usually a black mark for restaurants because they're either overcooked or, more often, unevenly cooked. In this case, they were perfect and of excellent quality. Additionally, I usually prepare the fish myself because the waiters are generally rushed; in this case, I omitted it and I'd say it deserves a 7. The oil is of high quality, obviously light enough not to overwhelm the fish's fragrance.

Always excellent quality of the fish. Standard above average for the area. Never a disappointment.

Oggi 15 maggio sono stato a pranzo nel Ristorante Pino al Mare. Ristorante che conosco da tempo per ottimi piatti (pesce freschissimo) e servizio attento e curato. La sogliola alla mugnaia di oggi però è andata oltre le aspettative. Sogliola freschissima cotta senza infarinatura (sono sensibile al glutine NON celiaco) con olio e limone. Cottura perfetta: bocconi sodi non fuori cottura; olio e limone con cipolla bianca dolce tirati per dare consistenza cremosa. L'uso dell'olio anziché burro come da tradizione è più difficile da usare ma "no copre" il pesce che, quindi "senti". Risultato perfetto!
