Ristorante Pino al Mare In

Today is the first of June and I am still in this structure, we will return home tomorrow. Normally I like to review calmly and a few days after the stay, this time I did not want to wait because our experience was truly superb! First of all, I come from a city by the sea so I always have high expectations when I travel. This hotel is located right on the beach and is surrounded by small bays that make it charming in the morning and romantic at sunset, relaxing at lunch. The beach is safe and well looked after by the staff, the sea is suitable for everyone and especially for children. I tried the à la carte lunch at the restaurant and I found it simply perfect from all points of view. My room is a double, it is not very big but I found it impeccably clean. The shower is comfortable enough. The highlight of this structure is the staff. I compliment the ladies at the reception, with the dining room staff (the young Davide is wonderful and very nice!) with the housekeepers, with the maître. Infinite kindness that is now - alas - in short supply, availability, speed in accepting requests and always smiling faces. I will definitely return with the rest of the family. Very good, keep it up!

Very good food right on the beach wonderful place

Sole meunière with oil On May 15, 2025, I had lunch at the Pino al Mare Restaurant. A restaurant that I have known for a long time for excellent dishes (very fresh fish) and attentive and careful service. Today's sole meunière, however, went beyond expectations. Very fresh sole cooked without flouring (I am sensitive to gluten NOT celiac) with oil and lemon and a bay leaf that adds a delicate scent and a light aromatic taste. Perfect cooking: firm bites not overcooked; oil and lemon with sweet white onion pulled to give a creamy consistency. Using oil instead of butter as per tradition is more difficult to use but "does not cover" the fish, so you "feel" it. Perfect result!

Oggi 15 maggio sono stato a pranzo nel Ristorante Pino al Mare. Ristorante che conosco da tempo per ottimi piatti (pesce freschissimo) e servizio attento e curato. La sogliola alla mugnaia di oggi però è andata oltre le aspettative. Sogliola freschissima cotta senza infarinatura (sono sensibile al glutine NON celiaco) con olio e limone. Cottura perfetta: bocconi sodi non fuori cottura; olio e limone con cipolla bianca dolce tirati per dare consistenza cremosa. L'uso dell'olio anziché burro come da tradizione è più difficile da usare ma "no copre" il pesce che, quindi "senti". Risultato perfetto!

Pino restaurant by the sea. After almost 60 years and 7 seasons of work as a waiter, returning as a customer and finding a piece of life and family is priceless.

Beautiful place by the sea and the food is excellent

I was there for lunch. The spaghetti with mussels didn't taste like anything. The prices here are completely exorbitant. Of course, the location and the view of the sea are positive.

Bel locale sul mare, mangiamo all'interno ma c'è una bella terrazza. Mi stupiscono i prezzi de primi e dei secondi molto simili sui 20 euro. Buono il fritto di moscardini. Un buon ristorante ma non ci tornerei.
