Ristorante Pino al Mare In

Here we're already on the beach, even though I was there in the fall, I imagine it would be more comfortable in the summer. Clean rooms, perhaps a spruce up of the hallways. The food is good, and the staff is just the right amount of helpful.

We spent a weekend of peace, serenity, and great flavor. We'd heard so much about it, but hadn't yet had the chance to visit. We finally managed to bridge the gap and discover a place where time stands still, making room for authenticity and the sea, the star of the show, as in everything at 'Pino al Mare.' We'll definitely be back. Thank you! PS: What raw fish. What first courses. What second courses. What service... and what sunsets!

An excellent seaside restaurant, combining tradition, innovation (e.g., tonnarello cacio e pepe and raw fish), and top-quality ingredients. It's a family-run hotel with a beach and restaurant, with meticulous customer service. Pictured is a creamy spaghetti with sea urchins 😋

I'm struggling to rate this hotel. On the one hand, it has an unrivaled beachfront location and coach parking, plus friendly and supportive service for tourists with dietary restrictions, delicious breakfasts and dinners. On the other hand, the bathroom needs renovation, the furniture needs replacing, and the scandalous thing was that when my tourists bought wine at the hotel and wanted to drink it on the terrace by the hotel restaurant, they were given plastic cups, supposedly out of fear of breaking the glass ones. However, individual tourists from another country were given glasses. So, on one hand, it's great, on the other, it's just fast food.

We spent a week full board and had a great time. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the bathroom had a window and was well-ventilated. The hotel's cuisine was simple but carefully prepared and served. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will cherish fond memories of this stay.

After some time, I returned to the beachfront restaurant and confirmed the good impression I'd had back then. A quick lunch: appetizer, salad, dessert, and a good glass of white wine. Despite the beach day not being the best, the sun was shining and made this quick meal even more enjoyable. See you next time.

July 11, 2025. Lunch at the Pino al Mare restaurant, located on the beach. One-dish meal: boiled sea bass caught that day with boiled potatoes. A simple dish, but one of great value if (as it was) the freshest fish cooked to perfection with quality potatoes, also cooked just right and evenly. The fish flesh is chunky with a distinct consistency. Salt isn't needed, it still tastes like the sea. Lemon isn't used. Potatoes are usually a black mark for restaurants because they're either overcooked or, more often, unevenly cooked. In this case, they were perfect and of excellent quality. Additionally, I usually prepare the fish myself because the waiters are generally rushed; in this case, I omitted it and I'd say it deserves a 7. The oil is of high quality, obviously light enough not to overwhelm the fish's fragrance.

Thanks to the entire TEAM, this year too, our vacation at Pino al Mare was pleasant!!!!! This opinion was also shared by the newest addition to the family, whom we were able to bring with us!! Little Luna!! See you soon...

I return to this dream property every year because it represents my ideal vacation. Three stars are well deserved; in fact, I would even deserve a fourth. Excellent location, very hardworking and highly skilled owners, but the highlight is the very kind, attentive, and helpful staff. Carla stands out among them all, the central beam at reception. Carlo is friendly and has that touch of cunning that Stefano De Martino certainly doesn't dislike. Darwin is thoughtful and helpful. On the beach, Mario is kindness personified. A big hug to everyone, especially to the charismatic Mrs. Maddalena, and see you next year. P.S. I would give the fourth star to the cuisine. Everything is excellent, well-cooked, and very varied.
