Ristorante Moosbauer In Bolzano

Excellent campsite just outside Bolzano, with a good bus connection. Quiet. Clean bathroom facilities. Perfect base for visiting Bolzano and Merano.

I was here with my caravan. I've been here several times before and it's always been great. The restaurant used to be fantastic. Give it another try. There's a cycle path right in front of reception that leads directly to Bolzano. The food here is great. Everything's familiar, nothing new.

We were there with our campervan. It's a lovely campsite with very good, clean sanitary facilities. Thanks to the good fairies! It's a shame the restaurant isn't open all day. Public transport is very close by. The staff were very friendly. However, we did have one problem: the dogs peeing everywhere (of course, on other people's pitches) and the barking really got on our nerves.

A very nice, cozy campsite. We stayed here for three days at the end of October. There's a bus connection to Bolzano every half hour, and it's free with the Guest Card. The bus stop is right next to the campsite. The sanitary facilities are very comfortable. There's a separate room with a makeup mirror and good hairdryers at the campsite. The showers and toilets were always very clean. The food in the restaurant (you have to pre-order) was very good, and the staff were always courteous and friendly. The only minor criticism is the rather dim lighting on the campsite and between the campsite and the bus stop. But that's really nitpicking. We can absolutely recommend this campsite, also because of its proximity to Bolzano. There are also bike paths in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back.

We spent the last few days of our 2025 autumn tour there. A pleasant, small campsite surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards. The location is excellent; the old town, the bus station, etc., of Bolzano can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The campsite has a superb shop that offers, among other things, some of the best bread rolls we know. These are organic products, made from ancient grains such as Khorasan wheat. The restaurant is good; reservations are recommended. Service is good and friendly, and the price-performance ratio is reasonable. When choosing a pitch, pay attention to which one is suitable for larger vehicles.

We were on our way back with our caravan when we had a breakdown. Camping Moosbauer accommodated us despite being fully booked and gave us a very nice pitch. Since we didn't know how long the repairs would take and we had already left once in the meantime, Camping Moosbauer welcomed us back and reserved the pitch for us until we let them know that we were on our way home. I was overwhelmed by their friendliness and flexibility. By the way, the campsite is very, very nice. The sanitary facilities leave nothing to be desired. There is a shop and a restaurant, but we didn't have time to visit the two. The pitches are straight and nicely gravelled. We would like to express our highest praise and thank you again very much.

We stayed here for a week and felt completely at home. The restrooms were always clean. Leaves were removed from the pitches almost daily, and the site overall gave a well-maintained and clean impression. If there's anything to criticize, it's the rather spartanly furnished and decentralized area for emptying the chemical toilet. It simply lacks a storage area and a more pleasant design. But that shouldn't stop us from coming back.

Super friendly welcome. Very good location for visiting Bolzano or Merano. A bus leaves directly there. The laundry and dishwashing rooms are very clean and tidy. The restaurant is excellent. The site is a bit small, but the individual pitches are spacious.
