Compliments to the chef, refined and sophisticated dishes. Pure Arabica coffee with just the right amount of roasting and not burnt, strong taste but not burnt like the vast majority.

We had a wonderful evening with the kids—the service was exceptional and the atmosphere genuinely enjoyable. The starter was perfect, the second course quite good, and the wine—recommended by the staff—was excellent.
But I still can’t get over the fact that the main dish was a fried soft-boiled egg with still partially liquid egg white, served with toast and boiled ham. No seasoning, just an overly acidic mayo. For a €65 menu, it honestly felt like a joke.

Easter lunch with the family... what can I say? Coming to Maso Burba is always synonymous with certainty in the welcome (you feel truly pampered by Paola) the dishes... already as they are presented you can see the care and love they put into preparing them... the flavor is a top conclusion... the right place for moments to remember

Maso Burba was a wonderful experience. The food is of the highest quality and is presented with an artistry that would not be out of place in Paris or Milano. Try the Strudel.
