Excellence… a restaurant of the highest level… we showed up with two small children and a newborn, not knowing the quality of the place… but they took care to give us a little room all to ourselves… the dishes were top-notch… the venison sirloin was inhuman… congratulations… the price was right considering the quality of the dishes and the service… thank you for this lovely evening.

A truly perfect dinner in every way. Dishes were meticulously crafted, and you could immediately tell that a highly experienced and passionate chef was in the kitchen. Each course was balanced and carefully presented, from the first course to the second course. The highlight was dessert: a raspberry cheesecake shaped like a raspberry, spectacular to look at and delicious to taste, truly a work of art. The service was also impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. An experience definitely worth repeating and highly recommended.

This very characteristic, all-wood location struck me as soon as I entered. Then I was able to choose a first course of barley and licorice that was incredible, and a second course of venison Rosé that was also absolutely amazing.
Not to mention the raspberry chess to round off the best dinner of the entire holiday. The food and wine were incredible! The service was impeccable!

Una cena indimenticabile, frequentiamo questo ristorante da moltissimi anni e ne abbiamo potuto apprezzare gli straordinari progressi. I piatti, tutti di ottima fattura, appagano anche la vista. L’impiattamento è curato e le quantità adeguate.
Questa sera ci siamo lasciati guidare dal menu degustazione che è stato completato da un benvenuto e un piccolo assaggio di pasticceria per accompagnare il caffè.
Nonostante abbia già recensito il ristorante in passato, vista l’evoluzione ho sentito il desiderio di premiare l’accoglienza e l’immancabile cortesia.
