Exceptional. Incredible culinary experience. Highest quality food and ingredients. We have eaten here several times and it has always lived up to very high expectations. A very small flaw in the service, a little slow, when we found the restaurant a little full. But nothing that could affect the general result and above all the dishes, which are always excellent!!

Nice experience but to define yourself as a gourmet with such prices, the service and the side dish must be improved. We had lunch with the family, two adults and two children, a noisy three year old I admit and a newborn in a stroller which is like not having it. By already communicating on the phone that they were arriving with a stroller to have a space that was easier to take up space, they could have warned us of the stairs which put us in difficulty already upon arrival. (Then there was the guy behind who could have put us at their service by telling us already on the phone). A terrible smell of perfume pervades the room, never use perfume where you eat. From the wine list almost no one was present by the glass and the one offered cost double, but the non-menu proposal listed verbally with the relative price was appreciated so as not to have any surprises. But a strange thing happens here... everyone receives the welcome of the house except us... To which I point it out and the waiter turns all red and mumbles an excuse having already brought the first course. Let me start by saying that we were only four tables of two people so forgetting with only so few diners seems impossible to me. I still haven't understood why they decided to reserve us a different service from the other tables, let's say it was embarrassing. Having said that, the cuisine is of a good standard, certainly young people who are best able to reach very high levels as aimed, surely the chefs who have a good hand are on the right path.

Si vede il tocco pignolo di una donna. Oserei dire che tutto l’ arredamento, come sono posizionati gli oggetti e la mise ne place rasentano la perfezione. Bellissimo ambiente. Tutto rivestito in legno. Ti fa rivivere l’atmosfera trentina al 100% La cucina davvero eccellente. Una sorpresa. Delle entree gustosissime, dei ravioli di ortica gourmet davvero buoni, la cotoletta di mio figlio squisita (una panatura deliziosa). Un cenno all’ottimo servizio di tutto il personale. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla passione e dall’amore che ci mettono. È la prima volta che ci siamo stati ma ci rivediamo il prossimo anno! Bravi ragazzi!!

Dopo l’ennesima visita tutto sempre perfetto,impeccabile . Alla fine della cena pensavamo già alla visita successiva.. Provare per sognare e gustare cibo sublime.
