Truly a refined and particular cuisine but at the same time simplicity in the dishes... excellent value for money, we will be back!

Overrated Restaurant The restaurant is overrated. The presentation is beautiful, but unfortunately, the food and service fall far from deserving a good rating. The lamb ribs and scallops had a noticeable taste of not being entirely fresh. The dessert, although served in an elegant style, tasted quite bland and uninspiring. The prices, in my opinion, are inflated and don’t match the quality offered. The service was absolutely inattentive. Dirty plates were left on the table for far too long, and the food took an excessive amount of time to arrive. The wait between dishes was 20–30 minutes. Getting the attention of the waiter was also quite a challenge. P.S. We came without a table reservation for the evening. The waiter gave us a table but with the condition that we must “get out of the table” by 9 PM. I understand that the waiter might not speak English very well and probably didn’t mean to offend us with this phrasing, but it was a strange thing to hear nonetheless. In summary, we came, ate, paid €200 for two, and left. The restaurant didn’t leave a good impression.

Exceptional. Incredible culinary experience. Highest quality food and ingredients. We have eaten here several times and it has always lived up to very high expectations. A very small flaw in the service, a little slow, when we found the restaurant a little full. But nothing that could affect the general result and above all the dishes, which are always excellent!!

Bella esperienza ma per definirsi gourmet con prezzi tali va migliorato il servizio e il contorno. Siamo stati a pranzo in famiglia, due adulti e due bimbi, una di tre anni chiassosa ammetto e un neonato in passeggino che è come non averlo. Comunicando già al telefo di arrivare con un passeggino per avere un posto agevolato per l'ingombro, avrebbero potuto avvisarci delle scale che ci hanno messo in difficoltà già all arrivo. (C'era poi la ramba dietro che avrebbero potuto metterci al servizio dicendocelo già al telefono). Un odore di profumo terribile pervade la sala, mai usare profumi dove si mangia. Della lista dei vini quasi nessuno era presente al calice e quello proposto costava il doppio, gradita invece la proposta fuori menù elencata a voce con il relativo prezzo per non avere sorprese. Ma qui succede un fatto strano...a tutti arriva il benvenuto della casa tranne a noi ... Al che lo faccio presente e il cameriere diventa tutto rosso farfugliando una scusa avendo i già portato la prima portata appunto. Premetto che eravamo solo quattro tavoli da due persone per cui dimenticarsi con solo così pochi commensali mi sembra impossibile. Non ho ancora capito perché abbiano deciso di riservarci un servizio diverso dagli altri tavoli, diciamo che è stato imbarazzante. Detto ciò cucina di buon livello, sicuramente giovani da migliore per arrivare ad altissimi livelli come punta sicuramente li chef che ha una bella mano sono sulla strada giusta.

Si vede il tocco pignolo di una donna. Oserei dire che tutto l’ arredamento, come sono posizionati gli oggetti e la mise ne place rasentano la perfezione. Bellissimo ambiente. Tutto rivestito in legno. Ti fa rivivere l’atmosfera trentina al 100% La cucina davvero eccellente. Una sorpresa. Delle entree gustosissime, dei ravioli di ortica gourmet davvero buoni, la cotoletta di mio figlio squisita (una panatura deliziosa). Un cenno all’ottimo servizio di tutto il personale. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla passione e dall’amore che ci mettono. È la prima volta che ci siamo stati ma ci rivediamo il prossimo anno! Bravi ragazzi!!
