I had lunch here in late September and, as the dishes showed, I was truly impressed. All the dishes were fantastic and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. They featured colors and flavors I'd never experienced before, and are definitely worth trying throughout all four seasons. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the guests' needs, placing them at the center of the culinary experience and never making them feel "alone" for a single moment. An excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited Maso Burba and chose the tasting menu: truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes showcasing the raw ingredients with great creativity. 🍷🍴 The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a unique dining experience. The only small points to note: the staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed a bit distracted (we even had water forgotten and even charged twice after requesting it), and the service times between courses were quite long. Personally, I would have preferred slightly larger portions. That said, the quality of the cuisine remains unquestionable, and overall the experience was very positive. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a thoughtfully curated experience of flavors and a charming location. 🌟

Simply TOP! Amazing food and service, reasonable prices, it's an experience, one surprise after another, from the entrée to the small pastries. Great selection of wines and drinks in general, they serve Feral as well as herbal teas and artisanal drinks. The ingredients are of the highest quality and reflect the local area. Truly excellent!

Excellence… a restaurant of the highest level… we showed up with two small children and a newborn, not knowing the quality of the place… but they took care to give us a little room all to ourselves… the dishes were top-notch… the venison sirloin was inhuman… congratulations… the price was right considering the quality of the dishes and the service… thank you for this lovely evening.

06/12/2025: Whether you're vegan or not, try lunch at this restaurant! Everything is delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The quality and sophistication of the ingredients and the flavors are top-notch. The dessert display makes you want to come back to try them all. The interior is also beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are fair for the quality, especially considering the location in the heart of Trento.
26/11/2025: DEVASTATING! A wonderful discovery. The dishes are beautifully presented, colorful, delicious, and anything but predictable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to try all the dishes, but it will be a must-try next weekend in Trento.
