We spent five days with our dog and had a wonderful time. The property was well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The cuisine was top-notch, with four starter and main course options, and breakfast offered a wide selection of both sweet and savory options...all served in a spacious room with a breathtaking view. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager and all the staff, who were not only very professional but also made us feel at home with their warmth. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at this splendid property in early August for our first mountain experience. We had a wonderful time, welcomed by the welcoming and helpful staff. The spa is wonderful, with beauticians providing fantastic massages. The strategic location allows for easy access to the many attractions the area has to offer. Finally, the restaurant is a wonderful culinary experience, with gourmet dishes prepared by the chef and complemented by the attentive service of the wonderful wait staff, who are always available to meet the needs of each guest. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were thinking of booking one of the many hotels in Folgarida, but we had to change our minds... The hotel is very beautiful, well-kept, and clean, but it's the staff that makes the difference...we had the impression that everyone wanted our stay to be more than pleasant. We felt truly welcomed by the reception staff; they were all available to provide information and meet our needs. Breakfast, on the beautiful top floor of the hotel, is superb! It's a true experience of taste and sight! There's nothing lacking, sweet or savory, and it's presented impeccably and attractively. Needless to say, everything is delicious and of excellent quality. I personally appreciated the use of local products. Kudos also to the dining room staff, attentive to guests' requests, always smiling, and even willing to crack a joke. We never dined at the hotel, but only because we didn't have time, but we promise to return; we're sure we won't be disappointed.

A perfect stay in renovated and comfortable rooms, a generous breakfast with quality products, and very convenient private parking. Special thanks to the always courteous and helpful staff, especially Georgina, who was truly attentive and kind.
