Everything was excellent! The restaurant, bar, and hotel staff were all very attentive and friendly. Also, if you're going skiing, it's the perfect place to stay since it's just a two-minute walk from the Folgarida ski lift.

I discovered this hotel over 20 years ago.... It never disappoints. The staff is incredibly friendly, it feels like family. Andrea, one of the dining room managers, is special! He comes with the right joke or gesture at the right time. I don't want to take away from the skill of everyone, but I mean ALL the other staff. The food is delicious, both at dinner and breakfast.

We had a wonderful weekend in October. Relaxing in the spa, excellent food, long walks, and a great location just minutes from the main attractions. A special mention for Antonio, who served us in the dining room with kindness, professionalism, and a truly friendly attitude!

Nice and clean hotel. Stuff very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed with baby, and we’re really great that they have a kids playing room. Ones we’ve arrived, we got the welcome snacks and drink at the terrace. Ive chosen not the best room,as I was booking in a rush, so we’ve got not really big room, but it has everything we needed. The food was nice — I cannot say it was so many options in buffet, but you are able to make an orders. Breakfast were great. Also they have a spa, exactly what you need after the day in mountains, you just have to book the slot in advance to make sure it’s not crowded: there are few sauna room and pool with jacuzzi and also big pool for swimming. Would suggest the hotel as a family resort.

Fall vacation with a spa. Aside from the ski attractions and spa, there's nothing else in the area. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Wonderful experience! I'm vegan and found excellent options for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

We spent five days with our dog and had a wonderful time. The property was well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The cuisine was top-notch, with four starter and main course options, and breakfast offered a wide selection of both sweet and savory options...all served in a spacious room with a breathtaking view. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager and all the staff, who were not only very professional but also made us feel at home with their warmth. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at this splendid property in early August for our first mountain experience. We had a wonderful time, welcomed by the welcoming and helpful staff. The spa is wonderful, with beauticians providing fantastic massages. The strategic location allows for easy access to the many attractions the area has to offer. Finally, the restaurant is a wonderful culinary experience, with gourmet dishes prepared by the chef and complemented by the attentive service of the wonderful wait staff, who are always available to meet the needs of each guest. We will definitely be back.
