I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent. I'd like to extend a special thank you for the attention paid to guests with special dietary needs, especially the gluten-free menu. As a celiac, traveling can often be challenging, but here I felt truly at ease and welcomed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, carefully explaining the menu options and ensuring each dish was safe and tasty. The variety of gluten-free options was surprising, and the quality of the food was truly excellent. It's rare to find establishments that put so much care and professionalism into accommodating these needs. A special thank you goes to Andrea, Salvatore, and all the staff, always kind, helpful, and smiling. Beyond their professionalism, I truly appreciated their friendliness and the fun, friendly way they put guests at ease: small moments of lightheartedness that make the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful, clean, and welcoming accommodation. Comfortable rooms and a decent-sized bathroom. Excellent food and a good selection of wines. Paid municipal parking.

The staff were very friendly, and the bar staff was amazing. I would recommend to people who like skiing and relaxing.

4-star hotel located in lower Folgarida, easily accessible. Excellent cleanliness of rooms and common areas. There is a wellness area (for a fee) complete with everything from pools, sauna, massages, etc. Truly delicious food, excellent quality with a wide selection from breakfast to dinner. There is a shuttle to the ski lifts. The staff is friendly, competent, and above all, welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful winter holiday at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's very close to the ski lift, and they even have a shuttle bus that takes you there and back, even within 300 meters. The incredibly friendly and helpful staff made our holiday complete!

A hotel designed and adapted for ski tourists: located less than 100 meters from the Folgarida ski lifts and close to the bus stop, it offers logistical convenience for those wishing to explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself gives the impression (due to its architecture and furnishings) of being a bit dated, ready to host a '90s Christmas revival. However, it's well-maintained, and I imagine this matters little if you plan on spending all day on the slopes. The service is courteous and good; many of the staff are young and well-motivated, which I appreciate. The (standard) room was a bit small, and the bathroom was minimal, showing some signs of age, but overall it was well-maintained and clean. I found the mattress and pillow comfortable and cozy, much to my liking. The room temperature was also higher than necessary, and the layout of the switches wasn't exactly practical for nighttime needs. The room also had a balcony, which I greatly appreciated as a smoker, even though the view wasn't great. The dining area, on the other hand, is truly charming: I really like the balance of wood, glass, and views. The food is high quality, with modest portions (a generous snack is offered on the lobby patio to compensate). A very positive note is the wellness area, which in my opinion can easily compete with the amenities of a higher-category hotel. For the price I paid, I feel like I've spent a lot and received a corresponding, if slightly inferior, quality.
