Wonderful holiday, the hotel is wonderful, both the structure and the service and the staff, especially Beatrice and Marko of the dining room staff, professional and attentive to details and the little girl's needs.

Magnificent experience in this very new and well-kept hotel. Definitely high-level SPA and varied, professional treatments. The restaurant offers a constantly changing and excellent quality menu. The rooms are spacious and being lucky enough to have a room overlooking the valley, decidedly panoramic. Prices in line with the area for a quality hotel. The only notes are: 1) The location is a bit far from the town: luckily there are free shuttles - especially for the slopes - otherwise the town would still be reachable in 10 minutes on foot 2) Service could be improved: there was no soap for the bidet in the room as there was only one dispenser in the sink area. Furthermore, I find the paid (tap) water a lack of style for a hotel of this level.

Beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views. The room was very spacious, bright and welcoming. Restaurant and SPA are truly remarkable. Special mention to all the staff, who proved to be very kind, serious and very professional.

Wonderful luxury hotel, with a fantastic spa. Impeccable cleanliness, top cuisine and all the waiters and staff pamper you in a truly special way. Special thanks to the waiter Marko who was uniquely kind and super attentive to our every need. request, really very good and say a sincere kindness that is difficult to find. The afternoon snack gives an extra touch! A little tip to the adults-only spa would be to put essential oils in the Turkish bath and sauna to make it even more top-notch. We just checked out and would already like to go back!

Super hotel, excellence of all staff for professionalism and efficiency. The services offered by the hotel from the Spa to the shuttle service to the super mid-afternoon buffet. Thanks to the chef for the excellent cuisine and the care for the requested exceptions, always well conveyed by the dining room staff. The spacious, bright and well-equipped room, the bathroom was slightly sacrificed, especially the toilet and bidet area. An improvement suggestion is to illuminate the bathroom a little better in the shower and mirror area. Overall really excellent.

Perfect weekend, nothing to say! Wonderful and super recommended

Environment, services, room, staff at the highest levels. The only flaw noted is the management of the heating in the room which is pre-set centrally and to change it you have to call the reception. But despite this, the towel warmer in the bathroom remained constantly cold, while the radiator in the room was boiling hot even in the middle of the night, but cold during the day. Apart from this, a recommended experience with a price appropriate to the level of service, with the small but appreciable gem of the evening room service of placing the duvet on the bed for the night.

Wonderful place, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent general cleanliness. Refined cuisine, with abundant choice both in the breakfast buffet and in the salads and cheeses in the evening. Room with spectacular view. Too bad that, for a suite, the bathroom wasn't that great. Not for the size, but in particular for the tub, which is uncomfortable for taking a shower, and with the signs of aging. The same goes for the room, although clean and comfortable. If it were possible, I would give it 3.8 stars. We have already been to Schneeberg and Gassenhof in South Tyrol and wanted to try something new this time. The welcome was very warm, there's nothing wrong with that. The room (Leitl Suit) was shown a little better in the pictures, but was still clean and tidy. On the first evening, when we arrived with our dog and were seated in a rather secluded corner of the restaurant, we noticed that many of the waiters hardly spoke any German. This led to some communication difficulties. That wasn't a big problem in itself, but even English wasn't widely spoken until the restaurant manager finally came and we were able to communicate with him. Unfortunately, the service was quite quick, so the courses were served very quickly one after the other. We asked for a little more time between courses, which was accommodated, but every time a course was finished the mistake was repeated. On the following days we had to repeatedly ask for more time between courses, which unfortunately was not immediately taken into account because every waiter was with us at some point and not everyone had to be informed every time. That same evening we decided to go to the bar to end the evening. The bartender was initially rather reserved and later unfortunately unfriendly. When I wanted to order something again, he said: "Yes, but this is the last one, I want to call it a day." In itself, it is understandable that he wants to call it a day, but the tone in this situation was inappropriate and disappointed us . The other bartender the next day wasn't particularly friendly either, but became a bit more approachable when he realized I was already upset. Unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned on the first day, which was partly our fault as we were in the room more often at the time. According to the information at the reception, the room check should take place again between 5 and 7 p.m., but that wasn't the case that day - the room was exactly as we had left it, which is a shame because that's what it said in the information sheet The spa area, which was really large and very well equipped, should be positively highlighted. The food was also okay. We attach great importance to good service and like to give tips, which we did regularly, for example to the chambermaids. We even ordered a bottle of Tignanello for €159 and had quite a high bill for drinks such as wine and cocktails. Unfortunately, this had no impact on the quality of service - not that we expected excessive "sliming", but we would simply have liked friendlier service. We often had the impression that the employees showed little motivation. Normally we do well in hotels, but here it seemed like the service was more self-interested. It's a shame, but I still think that there is no reason to speak badly about this hotel, just that you should perhaps pay attention to certain things.
