The location is splendid, very well looked after with very kind staff, the fantastic spa, the speed of room cleaning needs to be improved + the manager at reception.

The first hotel where everything was really right and there was nothing to criticize (rooms/service/kitchen/wellness/activities). An overall very well thought out concept, tastefully and luxuriously furnished large wellness area with something for everyone. The whole thing is rounded off by the wonderful location with a number of outdoor activities (skiing/tobogganing/hiking/biking). The cuisine is very high quality, varied and balanced (very good wine selection too). We will definitely come back!

I stayed at the Leitlhof with my family, the week of the end of the year 2024. TOP catering, TOP SPA, TOP location, TOP staff, TOP organization. Everything up to a 4S. The only note, which is not meant to be a criticism but a suggestion, concerns the room: not up to the standard of a 4S but still very comfortable. We are all very satisfied and will return as soon as possible.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm welcome made us feel at home. A special thanks to Lea, who was super nice and made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa area was the perfect place to unwind, and the rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. Dining at the restaurant was a standout experience— the sommelier’s expertise was remarkable, and the menu offered a wonderful variety of dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, was thoughtfully curated. We both highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable experience!

Great hotel with very good service and wellness area. Hassle-free shuttle to the ski areas. All you need to do is call and the bus will be there in 5 to 10 minutes.

From the kindness and professionalism of the staff, to the many services they offer, to the beautiful spa, to the beautiful and clean rooms, to the restaurant with quality dinner and breakfast, to the view that this hotel enjoys over San Candido, to the parking with garage. What can I say. In 1 year we “burned” a lot of our savings there staying 3 times, because it’s the absolute bliss to make the 6 hour drive from Vienna worth it. The renovated rooms are incredibly beautiful, the staff, the food, the black sauna, the fact that they’re truly dog friendly… looking forward to next time.

Magnificent experience in this very new and well-kept hotel. Definitely high-level SPA and varied, professional treatments. The restaurant offers a constantly changing and excellent quality menu. The rooms are spacious and being lucky enough to have a room overlooking the valley, decidedly panoramic. Prices in line with the area for a quality hotel. The only notes are: 1) The location is a bit far from the town: luckily there are free shuttles - especially for the slopes - otherwise the town would still be reachable in 10 minutes on foot 2) Service could be improved: there was no soap for the bidet in the room as there was only one dispenser in the sink area. Furthermore, I find the paid (tap) water a lack of style for a hotel of this level.
