A stunning structure nestled in a natural landscape above cave dwellings. It looks like a Gaudí-esque vision in the heart of Calabria! A little gem! This alone would be enough to make it worth a visit. Add to that the professionalism and kindness of the owner and staff, the delicious food, and the excellent wine, and you have everything you need for an unforgettable evening! We'll return again and again! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our meal wasn't that great. My pasta with cream sauce tasted like nothing. Unfortunately, there was hardly any vegetarian option.
The service was okay. The young waiters tried hard. However, we couldn't order any of the lunch menu items individually, and our dishes (especially the glass carafe) were dirty.
The view and the location are great!

Beautiful restaurant in a great setting with a panoramic view.
It's a beautiful hike to get there, but it's worth it as it's above the caves.
We ate well. The meat was delicious, with typical local ingredients, and the price was fair.

Just got back after lunch on August 15th. Excellent choice before returning to Milan :) Very nice place, with a comfortable and panoramic outdoor space. Probably even more beautiful in the evening. Excellent meat-based menu, clearly superior to the seafood, avoidable. Well-organized service. A 10+ for Samuele, a young and polite waiter. There was a small mix-up with the wine, which he handled perfectly: humble, smiling, empathetic, and mature. Very polite. He knows how to treat customers: he will grow and, with a little more courage and awareness, he will make progress. Well done! Kind and attentive owner. Stellar soppressata! Excellent eggplant and provola first course and excellent sliced beef with potatoes. I recommend it :)

Piacevolissima sorpresa a zungri! Siamo stati a pranzo dopo aver visitato le grotte degli sbariati. Il ristorante si trova all’ interno dell’ insediamento rupestre ! Una vera chicca … cibo ottimo: abbiamo preso antipasto di terra ( il capicollo saporitissimo), tutto produzione propria ed un primo : paccheri con cipolle e guanciale!
Che goduria per le papille gustative.
Un grazie speciale a Luigia e a Dennis per averci accolto con una cortesia ed una disponibilità estreme !

dopo anni in giro per l'europa, sto scoprendo angoli della Calabria che non conoscevo. Tra questi, le grotte di Zungri, sito interessantissimo, e in questo contesto il ristorante annesso che mi ha soddisfatto oltre ogni aspettativa. Cibo buono e ben presentato, personale amichevole, titolare sorridente, prezzi onestissimi. Secondo me vale la pena fare qualche km e salirci anche se si alloggia a Tropea che, ormai, quanto a prezzi, si sente un po Montecarlo.
