03/08/2025: A simple but truly enjoyable lunch at Vecchia Baita Fontanino. A rustic spot surrounded by greenery, perfect after a hike. Typical Trentino dishes, well-prepared and plentiful—polenta, stew, and cured meats. Friendly service, a family atmosphere. Nothing fancy, but genuine and honest. I'll gladly return next year.

10/07/2025: Cibo di alta qualità. Abbiamo mangiato pappardelle al sugo di cervo, polenta con funghi e formaggio, zuppa di orzo, strudel, torta di mele. Tutto ottimo. Prezzi medio-alti tuttavia in linea con il luogo. Servizio ok.
23/02/2025: Bella baita in zona Ciampac sopra Alba di Canazei. Abbiamo mangiato pizza e strudel : discreti. Prezzi un pochino elevati. Parliamo di accoglienza: cameriere scostante al limite della maleducazione. Titolare sulla stessa linea del cameriere. Detto da me che vengo dalla Liguria....
