This restaurant was a real surprise. We disembarked from the ferry at almost 10:00 PM on Friday the 24th (very rough seas, intermittent ferries), and we stumbled upon this charming restaurant. They even welcomed us after closing time. The first courses were delicious, with homemade pasta, an unprecedented tuna steak, and a superb dessert. But above all, we were struck by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. In short, this dinner made the journey worthwhile. Price? With an exquisite Vermentino and everything else, absolutely reasonable. In fact, perhaps, given Elba's prices, we expected more. If you want to eat something truly special, go there. We found it ideal for a romantic evening for two. Oh, and it opened in April, so everything is new and waiting to be discovered.

We had lunch for an informal ceremony. It was a pleasant surprise: the venue was simple, elegant but not overbearing; the staff was absolutely friendly, attentive, helpful, and competent; the open kitchen, which in itself is a testament to their expertise, and whose aromas spoke of the sea and freshness. And then the food: fresh, flavorful, a masterful blend of different ingredients without any one overpowering the other...hard to describe! Everything was good, but the spaghetti with red tuna bottarga and razor clams...I can't explain it, you have to eat it! An explosion of flavor and aromas, I enjoyed every bite! And I'm not ashamed to say I cleaned my plate; not doing so would have been an insult to the kitchen! I wish this young, talented team the best of luck, because they truly deserve it!

The restaurant opened in April 2025, but the chef Sasha is not new to Elba restaurant scene, he was a chef at Teatro Bistro. Food was excellent. Well made orata with vegetables and potatos, and excellent tonno al pistacchio. Service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and generous.
The owners and staff are from Ukraine and Belorussia. The result is excellent traditional Italian recipes with creative hints of Ukrainian cuisine. For example, my tuna had a drizzle of beet and yellow pepper mouse.
Not cheap but highly recommend.

Absolutely loved Ferrigna. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and seriously good food — the tuna was fabulous, cooked perfectly and the recommendations of Elban wine was superb . They coped well with our large party of 8.

Fish lovers are in the right place here. We were so impressed by the food and the friendly service that we went there twice for lunch with friends. The mixed fish appetizer alone is worth a visit. The pistachio-coated tuna and the super-fresh tuna carpaccio are also great. The crowning glory, however, is the fresh fish. We opted for two perfectly oven-baked occhione (sea bream). The grilled vegetables that accompanied it were also outstanding. They also served an excellent Vermentino from the Elba winery La Faccenda at a fair price. A real recommendation!

While visiting the Medici fortresses of Portoferraio, we had lunch at the Ferrigna restaurant. It was a delightful experience featuring local cuisine, including excellent seafood dishes (fresh homemade pasta for starters and delicious vegetables for main courses). The staff were very friendly and attentive to their needs. We will definitely be back.
