A positive experience. We weren't able to try the octopus and pecorino cheese because it wasn't available that day, but it's a testament to the fact that they use fresh fish daily. We tried both the house appetizers and the first courses and were pleasantly surprised by the presentation and flavors. A special mention goes to the staff: extremely friendly and never intrusive. We really appreciated the complimentary dessert and bitter liqueur. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Recommended in Civitavecchia!

We decided to spend an alternative New Year's Eve here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The family-run business truly makes all the difference. From the first moment, we were greeted with a smile and a rare kindness, which immediately made us feel like part of the family. The restaurant is well-kept, extremely clean, and stands out for its authentic simplicity. It's the ideal setting for those who want to relax and enjoy the evening without too much formality. Everything is about good food. Carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and raw ingredients that speak for themselves. Even though it was New Year's Eve, the prices remained reasonable and very fair, a testament to the owners' integrity and passion. An experience marked by human warmth and good food. I've never had such a seafood salad and grilled meat!!!! The Sugherino appetizer is highly recommended!!! Max and Marco, the guys who run it, are incredibly kind. After our first experience a week ago, we've already been back a second time and were once again very satisfied!

We had dinner at Il Sugherino on the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th) and were enchanted! The food was exquisite, made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. A special thanks goes to Max, the waiter, who welcomed us and accompanied us throughout the evening with an infectious smile and evident passion for his work. He was truly impeccable! We will definitely be back: an experience we absolutely must repeat!
