Come sentirsi a casa! Tutto veramente ottimo e squisito dal cibo alla location e al servizio! Siamo stati veramente bene e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

Omar and his family have always been a certainty. Fresh and quality food. Kindness and elegant simplicity make this restaurant its strong point. "Il Ghirighio" is located in a place outside the city, in a small town in the Val di Bisenzio, Migliana. For many it can be a limit. For me it's a strong point, and it makes it even more special. Dishes with typical local ingredients, such as chestnut flour, become delicious and refined. Must try!

Enchanting location a few steps from Prato, very well looked after, even down to the details and decidedly welcoming. Excellent quality food, delicious and contemporary dishes, which will tickle any palate. Kudos to Chef Omar for his mastery! And congratulations also to the rest of the staff, very polite, attentive to the customer and professional. Well done everyone!!! Highly recommended. Sara C.

Ci siamo fermati per caso ma è stata una bella sorpresa. Piatti curati e abbondanti, una buona scelta di primi e secondi e dessert molto buoni. il posto è carino e abbiamo goduto di un bel fresco in questa calda stagione. Consiglio vivamente gli ottimi crostini di fegatini e il flan al cioccolato fondente.

Immersed in the green hills of Cantagallo Migliana, well-kept place, excellent welcome and great professionalism. Well-executed dishes both in terms of plating and flavour. An enjoyment for the sight and the palate. highly recommended

15/12/2024: Family dinner to celebrate an event, we had a great time, quiet, peaceful place where you can dine while talking in peace.
13/12/2024: I tried this restaurant for the first time last night which has been recommended to me over and over again. Impeccable environment and service, interesting menu, in general the dishes that arrived on the table surprised me, really very good. Wide range of wines. I recommend it.
