DISCOVERED BY PURE CHANCE, PLEASANTLY IMPRESSED, WE SOON BECAME LOYAL CUSTOMERS. TYPICAL AND TRADITIONAL CUISINE, FROM GAME TO THE MOST COMMON MEATS, EXCELLENT QUALITY, THE OWNER OF A UNIQUE AND RARE KINDNESS AND CORDALISM, MY MUCH-LOVED RABBIT WITH ARTICHOKES, A PLENTY OF STARTERS AND THE CURED MEATS, CHEESES AND FRIED PIZZA WERE TOO GOOD. NOT TO MENTION THE HOUSE-MADE DESSERTS. IN SUMMER YOU CAN EAT OUTSIDE UNDER A PERGOLA OF OLIVE BRANCHES IN FRONT OF AN OVEN ALWAYS LIT FOR TYPICAL TASTY BARBECUES, IN WINTER YOU CAN HAVE LUNCH AND DINNER IN FRONT OF A VERY PLEASANT FIREPLACE LEGNA. AN ENVIRONMENT THAT MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME, PAMPERED BY EXCELLENT FOOD AND VERY KIND STAFF, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE. OUR PERFECT CORNER OF THE WORLD.

Family lunch on Epiphany Day, what can I say? A top experience from every point of view, to be repeated as soon as possible.

I gave the room a 4. I would have given it a 5 for a 3-star hotel, but the lack of heating in the bathroom and the proximity to the heat pump motors can be annoying if you're not used to it. Regarding the service, which is excellent for a 3-star hotel, I would suggest offering a vegetarian menu at the time of booking. Regarding its location, it's surrounded by greenery and can easily reach several nearby attractions within an hour.

We went to the restaurant, which was excellent. The ingredients were excellent. Excellent service, and the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly.

For us, the Ciclope deserves ten stars because the food is excellent, the sleep is wonderful, it's a beautiful place, the staff makes you feel at home, and they even let us bring our Golden Retriever. Thanks to the managers, Sandra and Rocco, you are special people. We will definitely be back.

A well-organized farm offering local agricultural products along with accommodation and food services. The location is very convenient for reaching Civitavecchia and visiting the surrounding areas. The management is friendly and very attentive to their guests' needs. I had a great time. I'll definitely be back.

There are places you don't just visit: you live them, you breathe them, you take them home with you like a precious gift. The County Hotel Il Ciclope, in Arpino, in the heart of Ciociaria, is exactly one of these. It's a wonderful place, where time seems to have stood still with discretion and respect, making room for authentic beauty, gentle silence, and healing slowness. A few steps from the hotel is the ancient and solemn Cività Vecchia, where Cicero's Tower stands. Climbing up there, together with my husband and our three-year-old son, was a thrill hard to describe: a breathtaking view, clean air that fills the lungs and soul, and the almost sacred feeling of walking in the same places experienced by Cicero from Arpino, imagining him contemplating that same beauty. Returning to the Ciclope was like coming home. Our room made my heart skip a beat: the furniture was the same as my dearest grandmother Lelena's. A blast from the past, a sudden embrace of wood, memories, and warmth. Not just furnishings, but living memories. Breakfast was another moment of pure grace: sweets of every kind, authentic, fragrant, accompanied by a jug of milk and freshly brewed coffee, served hot not only in temperature, but in feeling. Exactly like the hearts of those who welcomed us. We also had lunch there, and every dish was a declaration of love for home cooking. My lasagna was simply perfect: green, with a rough pastry, flavorful, full-bodied, sincere, the kind that never disappoints. The prosciutto and arrosticini were also excellent. My husband, meanwhile, was won over by the homemade tagliatelle with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms: a delicate and profound balance, as only things made with care can be. But above all, what remains is the feeling of absolute calm and relaxation, of being welcomed and not simply hosted. A special thanks goes to the very kind and loving Sandra, her daughter, and her husband: genuine, generous people who make this place even more unique. The value for money is simply unmatched. A unique place, which I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Ciociaria and rediscover, even if only for a few days, the profound meaning of beautiful things.

A few bedbugs in the rooms, but I'd say that's normal.

I only used the restaurant, but I can only praise it. Mrs. Sandra is welcoming and kind, and her food is excellent and plentiful. The prices are excellent. I recommend it.
