I don't know why the ratings are so low. Everything was delicious. The service was very friendly. I recommend it.

It was 3:30 PM, and they seated us anyway. There were five of us, so we ordered four delicious pizzas, and I had the gnocchi alla sorrentina.
For dessert, I had a lemon sorbet, and the other three had coffees. It was very quiet, and the place was very welcoming. The bill was fair. I'll be back.

The bad reviews are definitely not okay; as a trained chef with high standards, this restaurant deserves at least a 3.8-4 rating!
The spaghetti was excellent, and the other three dishes were also fine!

I don't know why they have such low reviews. I ate there first, and only checked the reviews after my third visit. The seafood fragola was delicious, as was the tiramisu, the grilled octopus, and the calamari—everything was delicious. I can't say a bad word about the service. The service was inconsistent. They were definitely quick to come over, and when you order, you say you need a moment, but sometimes the response is unpleasant because you already know what you want to drink. That's the only minor downside. The rest is great, I recommend it.

Luckily we didn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise they probably would have discouraged us. The food was delicious, the service was flawless. We've had better carbonara, but it wasn't exactly bad. The gnocchi were okay :).
