Ristorante Erta In Avio

We stopped for lunch during our trip despite some negative reviews... aside from the excellent location for a stop, we found the staff friendly, helpful, and kind, even though we hadn't booked and there was a child and a Labrador in our group (be careful to quench his thirst as soon as you arrive!). It's true that when you sit down, cold water is already on the table, as are pickles and jam, but this was just a real pleasure! Anyway, we only paid for 2 of the 4 bottles of water we ordered. If we were to return to those parts, we'd definitely stop (hoping we don't get hit on the head in the olive tree!). The first courses were very good (we haven't tried the second courses). The value for money was good. If we'd stopped at a service station, we'd definitely have spent the same amount, eating poorly and standing around.

We only ate at the restaurant. Excellent location just off the highway, comfortable shaded veranda with lawn and some children's play equipment, making it very convenient for those traveling with small children, especially since they have high chairs and a changing table in the bathroom. Friendly service, perhaps a bit pricey, but we still had a good meal (dishes from the daily menu).

We stayed overnight at the campsite with our RV. The restaurant is a good place to have a meal in the evening. The service was very good and attentive. The food was decent. It's open from 7:00 PM.

We had a wedding dinner and we had a great time. The hospitality, professionalism, service , availability, and price were excellent.

Excellent stopover point for a longer caravan trip, good restaurant.

It's been 3 years since I've been here but everything has remained the same. Friendly staff, nice owner and excellent home cooking, excellent value for money. I recommend trying it

Convenient to break up the journey as it is located just after the Ala Avio motorway toll booth. Typical restaurant with good food. Nice and friendly welcome from the owners as well as the table service.

Nice camper place on grass next to the vineyard with a view of the mountains. Electricity. Sanitary (1 toilet/shower) simple; clean. Restaurant recommended; delicious local dishes. Price/quality fine.

Family atmosphere, the 2 brothers who run it are very friendly. Fast service. Very generous portions. Typical trattoria of times gone by.
